After suffering through the night without a/c I put in an internet request for service of our non-functioning a/c unit first thing in the morning. I recieved a call to set up an appointment with a technician within an hour. With it being mid June I was expecting to have to wait at least a day to get a technician out to us, but the customer service representitive informed me that they would work us in today! I was even more surprised that I got a call about an hour or so after that informing me that the technician was in my area and would be at our home within the hour. When Lee Durham arrived he was extremely polite and courteous and after asking me a few questions about our problem he went right to work. After identifying the specific problem with our a/c unit he discussed with me what part needed to be replaced and the total costs for the service for the day. He also told me that a component for our heater looked a little worn and advised me to have that checked out once fall rolled around in order to save us trouble with our unit this winter. He went right back to work repairing our a/c and within minutes I could feel the cool air begin circulating through out our home. After spending all last summer dealing with a horrible home warrenty program and terrible contractors sent out to do repairs on our aging a/c unit this was such a relief! From begining to end, at every point of contact Hiller exceeded my expectations and now has a customer for life.

I couldnt be more impressed and pleased with my technician Carlos Hernandez. Not only was he concerned and compassionate about our situation, he represented your company like a true professional. I have always had excellent interactions with your field technicians and this was above and beyond what I have experienced previous. I was given very upsetting news about my Happy Hiller account on the phone this week and did not get the answers I was looking for on that call. The re-upping of the program was not explained when my account expired and I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from Hiller. Carlos on the hand was thorough and very well informed about the new program. Its a shame your company is forcing the field techs to have to do your heavy lifting concerning the new Hiller club costs. But again this is about Carlos and he was fantastic. I look forward to more interactions with your field techs like Carlos Hernandez.

Im a fan! Relatively new to Hiller as I joined their Happy Club less than a year ago. Thus far have had the HVAC tune-up and was very pleased with their attention to detail, communication, and efficiency. My most recent experience involved a transition from traditional electrical tank hot water heaters (3 of them) down to one tankless, gas system - it was quite the job! In roughly a days time, Dwight, Wesley, and Wayne knocked it out of the park. New system is up and running beautifully. They walked me through the equipment and offered their expertise in the future if anything goes awry. Overall, this most recent crew was really enjoyable - always respectful in coming into the house to check faucets, friendly, and thorough. Ill also mentioned the 90 degree heat didnt slow them down either! Dwight, especially, showed up a worker, but left a friend - great guy! Thanks for the job well done!

Just had my first Hiller Happy Club tune up on my a/c units. Jim, the technician, did a thorough and professional job. He found some things that needed to be fixed and some proactive repairs to prevent A/C downtime. Really glad I joined the club. Today (8/25/2017) I had a new 17 SEER Amana air conditioning and furnace unit installed. Also had the Hiller team install my tankless water heater. Roger and Senan on the HVAC team and Dwight and Wayne on the tankless install team were absolutely the BEST, It was a long day, but well worth the effort. The work and craftsmanship is top quality. I would strongly recommend the Hiller plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical team to anyone needing some work done.

Had a great experience with two technicians today, Jeff and Shawn came to my house to service and tune up some things I wanted taken care of. They did an excellent job inspecting and making recommendations to what would be best for me. They did this without any pressure on me to make any quick decisions, explained in detail all things so there is no confusion. Greatly appreciated them taking the time to meet my needs and even help me towards plans I already had in mind. Thank you guys greatly and looking forward to more services from you guys.

We signed up for club membership after a service call for plumbing and could not be happier! Hillers service is second to none hands down. They tell you what they are going to do, they do it and then tell you what they did. Today we had a new HVAC system installed for our upstairs. Crew was fantastic! They were able to get the job done in about 1/2 day and that was with having to add another run the builder left out. Would definitely recommend Nelson Londono, Dallas Wright and Senan Rhoton if you need a new system for your home.

The biggest fear of having someone come to work on your house is that they will be rude awkward or even disrespectful and unprofessional. NOT with Hiller. My technician Corey was so nice and professional it honestly felt like having a friend come over. He was able to fix my hvac problem and did a perfect job. They were on time, did the work properly and efficiently. I would recommend them to do work for any of my friends family or associates. They are the best.

Matt (my best choice) of plumbers showed up with TJ Sandrell and they worked well together. Matt said the shower drain needed to be replaced as the age 18 years old it was time. They replaced the drain and it works well. My wifes bathroom sink was draining very slow and Mark got it cleaned and flowing like it was new. Bill was paid, your men were very good as their work was done well and rest assured both guys were a tribute to Hiller.

I had two service techs come out to my house cause of water under it. The first one was the plumbing tech to see if I had any leaks and he took his time and looked around and explained every step with me. The second tech that came out was HVAC tech to go through my unit to see if it was leaking back in under the house. It wasnt so they even recommended a great foundation repair company. I highly recommend the professionals at Hiller.

One of our condenser units was making a horrible noise. I called Hiller and they sent a technician out the same day. The service tech, Mitchell Davis, did a great job of checking the unit, explaining the problems, cleaning the coils, and going over our repair/replace options. Weve come to expect friendly, professional, and prompt service from Hiller, and are very happy with the quality of their work.
