We contacted Travis Electrical Service because we needed help with an industrial solution. We actually contacted other electrical services and one of them actually recommended Travis Electrical Service because of their experience with industrial applications. So we gave them a call, a customer service representative recorded our information and a technician gave me a call within a hour. The customer service representative was very courteous and ensured our contact information was correct before getting off the phone. When the technician followed up with his call, he was also very courteous and was very knowledgeable on what application was being requested. He showed up on time for the estimate, explained everything in detail, and produced a detailed estimate by email well within his promised timeline. We reviewed the estimate, accepted it, and requested the work to begin. The work began on schedule, finished within promised timelines, and completed within local and state codes. Travis Electrical Service made a direct impact on my business by allowing us to maximize our production with their electrical solutions. Their pricing is fair, their technicians are honest and knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical services.

Impressed! Brandon from the start was helpful, honest, forthcoming, and informative! We had been LONG time clients of another local electric company and upon the change over of board members we started reviewing invoices (with the realization that we were being charged over and over and over for repeat repairs). We started looking into alternatives when Brandon suggested we switch over to new lighting system which would be covered under warranty. He offered to come out and even demo the light for us... And he gave us pricing for the retro fit and switch over. Just to be fair... We called Dunn electric to get the same estimate and were told it would cost us for them to give the estimate for the retro fit! $ 85.00 per hour and that it would take several hours for them to work everything up?!? (Not like they havent worked on our lights for the last 7 years.... Geez). Disgusting! Exactly why we went with Travis Electrical! Brandon has gone ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations! We are so happy with the new lights! They look amazing!! And we forward to many years of future service with your company!!!! Thank you!!!!

I had an appt with Travis Electric yesterday and they were very responsive to getting someone out to fix the dryer plug-in issue I had. Justin was the electrician, and he came out very quickly, as they had to squeeze me in last minute. He was polite and knowledgeable. He even took the time to help explain what may have happened with the connection and issues I had with the dryer unit. He worked quickly and fixed the unit. He went above and beyond to help me understand what I should do next. I really appreciate your customer service. Thanks for the help and reasonable price for coming out. I live outside of Clarksville, and it was nice to find a company that would accommodated that drive. I will definitely use you all in the future and recommend you to friends and family. Justin and his partner did a great job. Super friendly and personable. I called on monday and Travis Electrical had me scheduled wednesday for a small job. I live in Adams, TN and they showed up right on time and helped me figure out what I needed based on the project I was doing. Once they got started, they were in and out in 45 minutes. They worked quick and the finished product looked great. They took great care to clean up and not damage anything as well. Also talked to them about future projects and they were more than happy to offer advice and suggestions. I would definitely recommend and will for sure be using them again.

My experience with Travis Electrical was nothing short of excellent! We were on a bit of a time crunch trying to get a new electric box installed in our garage before we could sell our house. In fact we called on a Thursday and needed the work done by Monday afternoon for the appraisal... The customer service professional who answered the phone was helpful, courteous, friendly, and put me in touch with a technician immediately. They were able to work around my tight schedule and completed all of the work on time for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Clarksville area!

So pleased with the service received from Travis Electrical Service. They placed a new service line into my home and upgraded it to a 200 amp service at the same time a new roof was being installed, making their work more difficult, dodging old roof shingles. Their work inside the home was just as impressive. They did a great job at a more competitive price than the other companies that we spoke to. They completed the job ahead of schedule and were so pleasant to work with. Justin was the service tech and I was very pleased with his work and communication.

Wonderful Company. I had a major overhaul of my houses electrical system. Combined old breaker and Fuze boxes into 1 main breaker box. Many outlets upgraded. Some new circuits run. I hardly knew there was anyone working. They were professional and were very concerned when answering my questions. Cleaned up after so that I cant even tell there was work done. Their price was so much lower than the other companies I had estimates from. I recommend this company to anyone needing electric work done.

Brandon was very nice, however, he told us that we could not dim our living room lights and after spending hundreds, last fall, we found out this week from DUNN electric that we could. Brandon also told us that he couldnt put service on other switches that were not being used. That wasnt true either. Very dishonest. Never would we go with them again. This company was quick, efficient, honest, and accommodating to our last minute needs. We had what we thought was an issue arise last minute to closing, they were able to rework a schedule to have their serviceman come out to look over the issue and then delivered the good news of no issue. It did cost a small fee, however the piece of mind is worth it. Will have them in the contacts as our electrician.

Had them install several outlets around my decks also a light and outlet in my storage building. They installed a fan in my covered deck and a light in my storm shelter. Work was done in a timely manner and under the original estimate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.
