I have gone to this place maybe a hand full of times in hoping they would do a better job. Today was my last straw. Drove off to notice my side mirrors where so blurry, interior of my car door had a lot of lint and drops of water and to top it off noticed they left there wet towel between my door. I really hope they can find better staff that care to do somewhat of a decent job especially for the price we pay.

Used to be a better spot with plenty of car washers and nice guys working. Now it has been leased and new owners. They do not speak and do a terrible job. They only have one or two car washers working at a time so if youd like your car wash to take 40 min then go here. No customer service and takes forever. Not going back. Go somewhere else !

OMG!! I took my car in for an interior detail. I felt like my car was fresh off the lot once it was done. Every space in my car was cleaned so well. Im a customer for life now. Told them about a carpet stain that had been there for a while was told no problem we will take care of it. They did! She you next month for a wash!!

Absurdly slow. They couldnt take longer if they tried. Count on 10 minutes per car thats there in front of you. Do they do a decent job with your 50 minutes? Nope! Dust all over the dash. Theres a BP 1.5 miles west on Division, automatic car wash that costs $4, takes 3 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and go there.

This is my favourite car wash. Lot of deals, very accommodating and staffs are very friendly. Also they are famous for affordable detailing. They done an extraordinary detailing to my 98 Chevy Impala. When I go to pick my car back, It was as new as showroom condition. Great service!!!

Axis Auto Spa my always go hand Carwash in north river chicago. These guys are awesome they do good job. Best detailing experience I had here. They have free wifi and comfortable waiting lounge. Best in the town!!!

Have a contract with the company I work for. They took 50 minutes to wash my truck and it felt like they were letting people go by me. Other cars looked good though. Dangerous to pull out onto Halsted.

Stay open until your posted hours. They turned away me and 3 cars behind me with an hour left for them still to be open. Please take your business to Simons shine shop or River North car wash.
