I took my car to this place on Friday Nov 25th for the 1st time, no appointment and with a Grupon cupon for a High Speed Buff and Wax. They took me that day as it seemed that people with appointments hadnt showed up that morning. I explained to Abel (the manager) that had a coupon for the above service but that i also wanted the clean and "Lexol" treat of the interior leather which i would pay fully (Cost = $40.00) the car is almost in immaculate condition inside so i just wanted them to only clean the seats. They called me several hours later to indicate that the car was ready. I looked at the car and they had done a remarkable job outside. Why not 5 stars review? well, because when i went to pay, Abel told me it was $130.00!!. As i had already paid for the buff and wax via Grupon i asked for a detailed explanation and i was told that it was the cost of the inside detail. I told Abel that i had specifically asked only for leather treatment and not full detail, moreover i clearly wrote this on the slip they give you to fill up your information. When I told Abel this, he told me: oh, I understood you wanted the whole inside. This is very shady as Spanish is my 1st language and clearly explained Abel in Spanish what service i was requesting (dont forget the slip clearly specified the service I had requested). I ended up paying th $130.00 because they did clean (detail) the inside but i felt I had been taken advantage off because I never requested this service. Would i go back? MAYBE, but if i go back Ill ask them for an estimate in written BEFORE i leave the car with them (and i recomend you to do this too). Bottomline: Car looked great after the detailing but it seems that they are ready to take advantage of the (new) clients. Not sure if this was related to the fact i had a Groupon but beware if you bought a Groupon and ask for any other service.

Quite possibly the worst treatment I have ever received from a merchant. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have the interior of my car detailed and specifically stated that I have a groupon order for the service, at the time they said they were completely okay with it. To begin with, the location is very sketchy. Its an out of the way, small, dainty slab of concrete hole in the wall with no room to maneuver your car. If you have an SUV it is absolutely miserable to navigate your way through without seeming like a bull in a china shop. There was tubing everywhere and cleaning products were in disarray. The staff, particularly the front desk guy was plain obnoxious and extremely difficult to understand because he doesnt speak. He mumbles. When I arrived to my appointment, he started by making me wait 20 minutes while fumbling with his iphone. Then simply turned me away and said they had no spots available and gave me a curt "sorry," even after I explained to them that I drove 40 minutes out to get the detailing done. He even had the gall to lecture me on how busy his service was and that certain reservations took priority over others. His words were quote, "I dont care, its not my problem, now please move your car." Am I going to recommend this place? No. Sub-par service with sub-par treatment from sub-par staff. If you want better detailing services, there are plenty available in the Chicagoland area, for your sanity do not choose this one.

Very poor experience. Heres why: - Scheduling: You must email (no phone) for reservations and wait a few days. When I inquired about the delay I was told Lissette only works nights. So a weekend email gets answered on Tuesday and when you reply to that email youll get an email on Thursday. - Quality of cleaning: I had their most expensive service, the High Speed Buff and Wax. This promises to "remove surface scratches and any oxidation." When I checked my front bumper it was still spotted with bug smudges and road grime. When I pointed this out to the manager I was told it was in the paint. When I insisted they go back and re-buff the front, everything came out. I could have picked it all out with my finger nails, but then why pay over $100? - Customer service: I dropped my car at 8:45am and told them Id come back at 5pm to pick it up. I was not told I should call ahead, but when I arrived at 5:25 I had to wait until 5:55 to have my car brought from their other garage/lot. The entire time the manager kept saying "another minute." Granted there was likely traffic, but I expected my car was around the corner, not across town. If I had to give them some credit, its for a comfortable and warm waiting area. Otherwise the entire experience was a disappointment and a huge waste of money. Im new to the City and while RNHCW is close to my work and home, I will not be using them again. Too many other options out there.

This place STORES YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and will charge your card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!! I used to be a customer with the unlimited car wash program. The service was ok, nothing spectacular but good enough I guess. Once my year had expired I did not return and did not authorize any charges. To my surprise my credit card was charged $600 for no reason whatsoever. Assuming this was a simple mistake that would easily be rectified I called to find out what was going on but the Abel, the manager, claimed to have no knowledge of why this was charged and informed me that Mike, the owner, charged my card and he would return my call to explain the situation. Over a week passes and neither Abel nor Mike return my call or provide me with any explanation. Each time I called Abel gave me a b.s. excuse, told me he would refund the charges and would have Mike call me to explain. Its been almost two weeks and I still have not gotten my money back and Mike has not responded. My credit card company is investigating and I am sure the charges will be reversed but I obviously shouldnt have to go through all of this. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU WANT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON YOUR CARD!!!!

Worst Scheduling EVER... I went to their website, placed in my desired time and date. Website says someone will get back to you in 48 hours. Never heard back from them. Called 3 days after visiting website and requesting update on my request. Sorry sir no one called you back theyll call you back in 4 days. Hmm well that would be after my requested appointment. Well sir thats too bad is what I was told. The first available is July 6th 2015. today is June 1, 2015. I say I need my car detailed this week. Well sir thats too bad we have no available. ok what if some one cancels? no one cancels. Really nice way to run a business. Update your website to 2015 so people can see what times are available and how to schedule around your flexibility... I dont think Ill entrusting them to my vehicle anytime soon.

I had a 7:30 AM appointment here for a detail.. 10 minutes early to make sure I was on time. I sat outside until 8 oclock for 40 minutes as the staff trickled in. After repeated phone calls to the office someone finally answered and was completely apologetic and said they will open sometime soon. Dont mind the fact that its also 25 minutes each way from home to get here.. So I waited about an hour and a half with nothing to show. Horrible, horrible rude service I will never come back here again. Given the lack of service before I even walked in the door I can only imagine that the lack of attention to detail is even worse once on any type of detail or wash.
