Okay, I just got back from my Grandfathers Funeral. This lady 30+, blue hair, longgggg nails, unprofessional rude, and out of hand name LISA, who cleans after the wake should not work there. That place doesnt deserve a female who 1. Disrespects families and kids 2. Doesnt know how to act professional at all 3. Just sits there waiting for trouble 4. Cant control her temper. I just experience her childish and rude behavior after my son accidentally knocked down a divider down. We cant run around all the time and watch every move they make no matter how careful youre watching them, something can always happened in less than a 1 second. The way she handle that situation was really sad and quite embarrassing. All my nieces and nephews who are 10+ were asking me why she keeps on yelling and getting giving them attitude. Come on leave the kids alone. This old lady working there with blue hair, ripped jeans, a see-through white shirt, and rude personality is not someone to have at a nice funeral home working there. And then she goes and tells my aunt what my son did. Like really oh wow. Aside from yelling at my little ones, giving me attitude, and throwing a unprofessional situation at me is sad to be honest. Dont go here if you notice this female she will not care about the mourn and peace we need. She doesnt know how to do her job. She needs to go somewhere else. Is sad that Met Casey a day before and saw how sweet, caring, and understanding she is and seeing this beautiful funeral home that she owns has someone like Lisa working there . LISA wants to be rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend this place at all. Find a better place. Or just ask Casey if they fired LISA already , then you can plan your funeral wake here. Other than that... is quite sad for me to experience this at my Grandfathers funeral nonetheless my first funeral too. HI LISA !! P.S ACT YOUR AGE AND TAKE YOUR OBNOXIOUS ATTITUDE ELSEWHERE.
