The job they did was wonderful for my late grandmother. The director was very personable and was very humble. Very professional and caring for our family. Very stunning memorial plaque, bag, thank you cards, and signing book with picture and scripture.

The Individual that was assigned to my case was very unprofessional, he did a poor job on my love one, he does not return phone calls. It has been a week and still no return phone call !!!!!!!!!!!!
