I am a Contractor how worked for the V.P. Eric Smith. I did two jobs for the company, and he refuse to pay me for the services he received from me. Im was a loyal person to this company. Never had any problems. But because a lamp got broken, due to moving a table he refuse to pay me. Not only that but about a month ago i did some work for him and again he refuse to pay me , because i did work someone else should have done, and i being a good and loyal Contractor i did it and once again, no pay. So the reason for this, is to let other Contractors beware of Mr. Smith. Hes nothing other than a black man with money, how well use you at all and any cost. But i would still like to thank them for the opportunity to show off my skills and my work ethics.

This place is terrible! I just went to my x mother in laws visitation yesterday and they had it in a back room that you had to walk down a dingy ramp to get to...The room was about 15 x 15 and it had a couch in it and a couple of chairs...no more than 7 to 10 people could fit in there...there was a big bifold closet door on one wall that was falling apart and behind it was a bunch of what looked to be garbage....so very disrespectful.....I was in so much shock that I couldnt even cry....they also did a terrible job on her body...the only thing that looked good was her hair because a family member did it...avoid this place if you want to show your loved one some dignity

Dont do business with these people. Back in December (2013), I assisted my mother in arranging the funeral services for my recently deceased sister. We hired Smith & Thomas to do it, but ran into some trouble with them and decided to cancel the service. After informing them that we no longer wanted their assistance, they charged us a $300 administrative fee. This fee is not listed in their material, but we paid it because they had my sisters body. Bottom line: they are unethical thieves!
