After being ripped off by a suburban "plumber" who was clearly not conversant with old plumbing, I googled plumbing and sewer and found the DiFoggio website. I noticed that they had a Chicago location and thought they would be better equipped to handle Chicago issues with plumbing, condos, old stuff...etc. I called on Friday and asked for an appointment on Monday. I received that and the plumber was here at 7:30AM just as I was told he would be. He fixed the problems with my slow draining bathtub, sink, and kitchen sink and found a leak I didnt know I had. He was completely done by 9:15 and everything is working great. I am thrilled.

I called them and about 30 minutes later they came out to help solve my problem with the ejector pit. Very friendly and helpful with tips for other potential plumbing problems....It was nice to have a plumber not try to over sell something. Will call them again for sure.

They got back to me really fast and the job was done so quick and clean, I could not believe it...I will use them again
