Had Cahill come out to look at the air conditioning unit at out condo. Another company in Evanston had previously looked at it and told us we needed to replace the compressor to the tune of $3k! Cahills repair technician actually spent the 2 minutes to figure out what was REALLY wrong which amounted to a faulty $45 part. Within 15 min we had cold air. Very happy with the service.

Had Cahill come to our house with what we thought was a broken pipe involving our sump pump. The plumber they sent figured out the problem was an obstruction in the pipe to the street sewage system; tree roots. Took care of the problem quickly and suggested a company to assist us in the clean up and sanitizing of the affected area. Id definitely use them again.

My toilet is leaking. Two guys came to my home, checked the toilet for literally 5 mins and told me the toilet is too old to be fixed. They will charge me ~850 dollars for replacing a new toilet, which I refused. No second options. Then they charged me $146 for coming to my apartment and "labor fee". BTW, my apartment is 5 mins away from their company.
