I found this plumbing company on Google and set up a consultation after doing so I was going to hire them and ask for a quote to be sent to my email unfortunately it took multiple calls and a few days to receive that quote with speaking to the customer service operators they were very pleasant and friendly however two times when the plumber was scheduled to come out they rescheduled on us which was a bit of a convenience we still got past that and I let them know I had a coupon for $50 off on their webpage to the receptionist who was scheduling our appointments and also to the plumber they came out and did the work received payment once finished. However they did not apply the coupon after paying them out I called promptly after them leaving our home to remind them about the coupon and spoke with Jamie the owner whom I told he could just go ahead and refund the $50 to the credit card that was paid with but unfortunately he did not honor his coupon and came up with some lame excuse of why that we did not mention it when we were paying out however we had mentioned it when we schedule the appointment and mentioned it to the initial plumber that came out how many times do we need to mention it for them to honor it besides the fact that I had it on my phone and printed out so Im very disappointed in the service because of the fact that I continued with them even though there was a few hiccups the least they could have done was under their coupon that they offer its only $50 whats that when the plumbing cost was $1200 would not recommend I will not use their service again. Just seemed a little petty to lose a customer over $50

This is the second time weve counted on Jamie for our plumbing issues. The first time was pretty straight forward, with Jamie replacing a sewage pump and the reducing valve. A few weeks ago, we starting having problems with very low water pressure. Then one morning we woke up to find we had no water from any faucet or appliance. I called the water company, but they came out and confirmed that water was flowing to the house. I had NO idea what could be causing the problem, but was hopeful that Jamie could figure it out. When Jamie arrived, he started by checking a few faucets for any obvious issues. He then surmised that the issue was either coming from the pressure relief valve or our water softener. Less than 10 minutes later, he had cut the line to the water softener and found he had great pressure. He then went to a nearby sink and unscrewed the aerator from the faucet. When he did so, we say maybe 1.5 inches of yellow "beads" stacked on the aerator. Jamie found that our water softener had been releasing resin into the pipes, and every faucet and shower head in the house was clogged with resin beads. After we removed all of the faucets and flushed the lines, we had perfect water pressure once again. He also fixed two toilets that had been ruined by the resin. I could not have been more impressed not only with the way Jamie fixed our water issue, but the speed with which he identified the problem. Hell always be our first call when we have plumbing issues in the future!

So I came home on a Friday night and much to my horror, the shower would not turn off! The water kept running and running. After frantically texting my godmother pictures of the hot water heater (is this the lever to turn water off?), she suggested I use her plumber. Thank goodness she sent Jamies contact our way. Jamie asked me to text him pictures of the shower and reassured me that Justin, the technician, would be on his way shortly. Justin was nothing short of amazing. He called when he was on his way to the house. Once inside, he evaluated the problem, found out how to take out our faucets, and resolved the issue in under an hour. I appreciate how knowledgeable, polite, and well mannered he was. I noticed he even wore clean shoe covers when entering our shower. More importantly, he came to our house at 8:30pm on a Friday night after working a full 13 hours that day!!! Not many plumbers will show up when it is that late. Im very happy that my family can come home to a working shower tonight. I will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family, just as my godmother has recommended to me!!! They take care of their people. And, yes, I now know how to turn the water off. :)

The day I moved into my "new" 120 year old home I learned that my hot water heater was not working. I was in a bind and had to find someone to diagnose and fix the problem ASAP. I made several calls, but My Professional Plumber was able to send a technician out immediately. Within 30 minutes of my call (no kidding), Anthony Branam showed up at my house, looking more like a clean cut college student than my picture of a plumber. He was personable, polite and very efficient. Within 10 minutes he explained what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. He used an Ipad to show me a picture of the type of water heater I needed to fit in my basement that has a very low ceiling. He brought in an assistant to help with the install, I went back to work, and two hours later I returned to the house to find hot water pouring out of my tap!! A first world problem, but a very real one to me!! I have several projects I intend to use them for (Anthony in particular), including running gas lines to four very old fire places. I am thrilled that I found such a reliable company, and a plumber I intend to use for years to come. TRUST ME on this one. I promise you wont regret it.

jamie and his team are PHENOMENAL! weve had plumbing issues over & over to a Groundhog Day level. not only were they expedient to evaluate the issue, but fixed it quickly, and addressed a few unforeseen issues as well. they stayed until the entire problem was solved, not just to provide a duct tape remedy. they also found inadequacies in other systems (our 1 year old HVAC vent was not attached...). normally, I have seen professionals identify areas of treatment in their own areas. this is somewhat self-serving. the fact he had the wherewithal to identify this, especially when the installation company has done their post installation inspection, in addition to two subsequent routine ones, speaks volumes of the professionalism of this company! we are about to do some major renovations to our home, and will highly recommend our builders to entrust our plumbing need to jamie & his team!

We recently discovered a leak under our house in the crawlspace, so onto google I went to find a plumber. Upon reading many positive reviews, I contacted My Professional Plumber. I spoke with a very nice lady who took my information and said a technician would contact me, he did and within 10-20 minutes to set up an appointment. A technician arrived on the day of the appointment, on time, and did a very thorough walk through to diagnose where the leak was coming from. He found it, gave me the price for repair and went to work. I must say, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and made the whole process as painless as one person could. After the repairs, he cleaned up, triple checked the repair, went through the bill with me and reassured me that if there were any problems at all, to just call. Highly recommend this company and Thank You Anthony Branam!
