NEVER AGAIN..!..!...ROTO LIERS...called in emergency plumbing job for a rental property we have, and was told that we would have a plumber within the hour, and hour and a 45 minutes later, I received a call from their dispatch letting us knowthat they will not be able to make it out, and asked him why, and they could not give me an answer, so I had to call him and another plumber that made it in within the hour, and was coming from a further distance, so Roto router is never getting my money ever again, they have Done jobs at that location before,The renters at that property have a disabled daughter which they know about, and I had to shut the water main for the house off due to the leak, so no more of my business growth of the The renters at that property have a disabled daughter which they know about, and I had to shut the water main for the house off due to the leak, so no more of my business goes to them. My technician, Brian (tech no. 1857) was incredibly nice and totally professional. he came in, located the problem and fixed it completely in a timely manner, as youd expect a professional to do. He explained what he was doing before proceeding to do his work. The job was not an easy one, but Brian explained what each problem was and wouldnt give up until it was complete!! Once done, he cleaned up after himself to the point where it looked like hed not even been here!! If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely contact Roto-Rooter and request Brian specifically!! Thank you for your service!!!!!

Called at 0900 and was told that someone would arrive in two hours. At the two hour mark they called and stated that the technician was in route. Every hour they called and stated that they were in route. It was 4 hours later that we decided to cancel service with them and use a local harder working person who does not waste time or your money. I will NEVER use your service and I will ensure that my extended family or friends NEVER use your service either. Horrible professionalism and very misleading with service time.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. I scheduled my appointment using their on-line system. They got back to me right away with my appointment time and called to confirm my appointment. Johnathan (3403) was on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. He wore protective shoe covers to walk in the house and he explained the process, the billing and what I could do to keep my drain unclogged go forward. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They work very hard and they tell you what it is and not just what you want to hear about your plumbing issues. Jonathan 3403 came both times. Once for the septic and once for the basement pipes. The first time he wasnt successful clearing the outside but we appreciated the effort. This time with the basement clog everything is running smoothly. Thank you so very much.

Submitted a service request online (very easy) and received a call within an hour or so... operator confirmed a window of time and said that a courtesy call would come 30 mins before arrival (which it did). The technician (Jimmy) was very professional and solved our clogged toilet problem. I would definitely call them again to unclog any of my pipes.
