A simple job - disconnect a gas line to a portable fireplace that was already shut off, then cap it. Charged $261. Then, the technician tries to convince us to install a new water heater, when ours was only 7 years old & still under warranty. And the sales pitches keep coming by offering an annual service contract. Never again!!!

Not happy with experience at all worker came back and turned off water that he forgot to turn off on the first visit. He charged for the first visit and he re charged when he came back to fix his mistake. My husband called and talked to someone that never got back to us wont use them again

Had them out to diagnose a problem caused by our handyman. Told me I would need to replace a faucet that was just installed. Ok I can live with that. But they quoted me $600 to install a faucet!
