Every once in a while we run across people who are just pleasant and glad to help others. Randy Blackburn was at Discount Plumbing in Columbia ordering parts at the counter. I had noticed his Red pick up outside. I am a landlord with several properties and was having water heater issues. I asked Mr. Blackburn his opinion or if knew the cause of my issue. He explained what was going on and gave me tips that saved $$$. Thanks my friend I will certainly use you and recommend you to others.

Randy did a great job. He gave me an approximate price over the phone to clean out my kitchen drain. The main pipe in the basement was plugged up after 20 + years. He cleaned it out and made sure it was good and cleaned out. He had to put in a clean out pipe. No hidden charges. Everything was written out on the bill. He was here about an hour and a half. He fixed two leaks too. He cleaned up the area around the sink before he left. The sink is working great. No leaks and not plugged up.

Dont know what to tell you. Had a commode plugged up, came out got it unplugged, so I thought. Three days later commode still plugged up, tried to call him back but found it was no longer a working number. Think I have made a big mistake.

I wouldnt bank on this guy. Ran in and out without talking much...about 240 bucks later and a month rolls by we have odd water pressure issues weve never had before. Coincidence!? I think not!
