I cannot vouch for their work but I will insert this review regarding a quote received from Pace Plumbing. We were remodeling all the the bathrooms and the kitchen in our home so we called Pace Plumbing. We wanted a quote for installing all new hardware on bathroom sinks,showers/ tubs and a kitchen faucet/garbage disposal. We had to wait five days for someone to come give us a quote. Now here is the strange part: The plumbers that showed to give a quote were in a Roto-Rooter truck, not a Pace Plumbing truck....they said they were sent by Pace Plumbing...not sure whats going on there? Now the quote: They were $1,765 higher than any of the other five quotes we received from legit plumbing companies. We try hard to support local businesses, but not for those prices. So if your looking for a plumber to assist with a re-model, you may want to call someone else.

This Saturday morning (Labor Day weekend) I awoke to a leak in my water main in the front yard which had led to a large puddle and major loss of water on my side of the main. I shut down the water from the street and called Pace Plumbing hoping that my family would not have to go the entire weekend with no water. Within 15 minutes I had a very nice plumber (Sam Catrett) from come out to my house and do a repair. He had the pipe dug out, repaired, recovered and my water back on very quickly and with no issues. I would absolutely recommend Pace Plumbing as well as Sam Catrett to anyone with a plumbing issue. I found them to be extremely professional and courteous to deal with during the entire repair, especially being that it was a weekend and a holiday. Pace Plumbing is the way to go for my familys plumbing needs and I would not hesitate to call them again!

Read the reviews and saw one were they were booked up and not taking anymore appointments. I called about a leak in my bathroom under the sink. The lady asked me the problem when she answered the phone and I told her, then came the not taking anymore appointments. Why ask me the proble? Why not just say that at the beginning? I told her I read the reviews and I hoped that the bad one would not have happened to me. Never will call for anything with this company again. I belive the job was not big enough. To bad , if they had done a good job with the leak under the sink they would have gotten the job replacing all the kitchen plumbing. The big job. You were a big disappointment and if I could have put no stars I would have because the phone call was a waste of my time.

I called at 11:00 pm about a problem I had. I was informed that a guy could come out immediately and less then an hour I had a guy at my home. when I called other companies I was informed that it would be after lunch the next day before anyone could come out to my rescue . pace plumbing came right away and when the man showed up at my home he informed me about the problem he found that I was having at my home and assured me he could have it fixed. I also have to add that the man was very clean and professional about his work. I highly recommend this company to anyone

I called on Sunday night for an appointment for Monday to find a leak. Derek called Sunday night to set appointment. When Derek arrived, he was very courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. We had someone else out earlier in the month, but they could not find the leak. He found the leak, made his recommendation on the fix and fixed it. I was very pleased with his work and the price to fix it. I would definitely recommend Pace Plumbing for any plumbing needs. GREAT JOB Derek!!!

Pace plumbing came out to my home to repair a leak in my slab. Within a few minutes the plumber (Sam) found my leak that was not in slab but in my wall, what a relief that was he only had to cut one hole and repaired a leak in a copper line. He also gave me some names of people to repair my sheetrock. Very Professional, courteous, clean, and reasonably priced. I will use Pace Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and we be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Not only did they provide prompt service but also showed up at the exact time they said they would and advised me on other repairs that needed to be done to allow the equipment to work properly. Great 1st experience. I recommend them and would use them again. Called them about leak at my rental home. Plumber was running a bit late and I had to reschedule, owner called to apologize. The plumber quoted me before repair and also checked out the other sinks in the home, just to be safe. Very pleased with price and service.

Late on a Saturday one of my pipes outside started leaking pretty bad. I called Pace Plumbing and they came out that night and shut my water off for me. The next morning they came out and fixed the leak. Very prompt and courteous people. Thank you so very much for everything, I greatly appreciate it.

Derek was awesome! He has come twice and goes out if his way to do diagnostics and fix the problem without costing an arm and a leg. Someone else came out and quoted me $995 to do unnecessary work that Derek was able to fix for less than $200. I highly recommend and wouldnt use anyone else!

Derek came and fixed my main water line into my house. It was shattered from a close lightening strike. Poor Derek had to go into the jungle to find the line and did so with humor. Will recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

They advertise 24 hours service, I called them at 8 pm Sunday night as the line from my house to the street is clogged and they tell me there not accepting new clients at this time! Definitely do not recommend these clowns!
