About 4 weeks ago I received a Flyer in the mail from Summers to check and clean my furnace. I called to set up an appointment. I spoke with Nicole who was very pleasant and professional took care of everything. Micheal called to tell me he was on the way. As it turns out it had a crack in the Heat Exchanger,He said it could be replaced, but the old furnace was not very efficient. I was shown 3 options based on how efficient they were and I choose a 98% one on 3/3/15 and was installed on the following Monday 3/6/15. I wasnt pushed to buy something that I didnt need. Sean called me to say how soon they would arrive. Sean and Steve installed the new furnace. They got it installed with my options. Sean and Steve are Awesome! They cleaned up every everything after they were done. Of course it always comes in 3s. My house was built in 1928 and back then Clay Pipe was used and it was broken apart. Sean came over to give me an estimate and when it could be done. Sean and Adam also replaced new lines for my waste and drains. Awesome again! Sean is a Master Plumber and Adam is the Heating and A/C guy. Another A/C company had installed my former unit. They didnt level or put pea gravel down,so it was slipping off the pad. I purchased a new more efficient unit and it was installed with pea gravel to make sure it was level and everything was set up inside furnace. Of course next was the water heater. Sean and Adam set it up and Sean had some thoughts on the old cast iron pipe that were rusty to be replaced. Everyone at Summers is Great! Dan the Manager,Sean, Adam, Steve,Austin, Joe, Nicole and Amy. I believe everyone at Summers gives 200%. I will call them again for all my plumbing heating and a/c needs.

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is the way to go. They are already very reasonable with price and with their care plan you get 20% off parts on top of that. The Service Technician I experienced was Greg Newman. I felt comfortable with Greg in my home. He was polite, well dressed, and groomed. Greg was an expert in his field. His diagnostics of my cooling and heating unit were fast and accurate. He communicated the potential cost at every turn so that I was well informed about what I was getting into. His communication proofed to be reliable. Greg was trustworthy. He invited me into the diagnostic process and showed me clear evidence of the issues. He also showed me old parts and new parts. Greg was a quit professional. He silently focused on the problem and solved it with in the estimated time frame, which was not very long. I had friendly but not over the top interaction with him. My 20 year old cooler has been working like new for weeks now. And all for less than half the cost of my other options. Summers is the way to go. Get the care plan for the year and enjoy a quality, affordable systems plan for your home.

We have used this office since before Summers acquired the business. Since the acquisition both the plumbing and hvac sides have been to our home. There is plenty of good things to say about these guys. They are thorough and explain what they are doing or proposing. Dominic B runs the plumbing department and has done a great job for us each time he has been out to our house. We do have a service agreement with these guys and for $12/month it has been worth it to have our furnace and AC serviced each year as well as an annual plumbing inspection conducted. Good guys to work with, a bit expensive it seems to us.

If I could rate this 0 I would. On July 24, 2016 our air went out and I called to have our ac unit looked at. The tech did return my call in a timely fashion but was so rude. It was approximately 830am in the morning, and he had the nerve to tell me that it was only 71 degrees out right now and it would probably be best if I called back Monday because my call wasnt really an emergency. He said it was more for seniors or people with medical conditions. That day we had a heat advisory where we were supposed to have indexes of up to 108 I believe. Not like he cared but my son does have a medical condition.

Our service rep was Robert Nowakowski. He was very knowledgeable about our Carrier furnace. He was pleasant and efficient. He showed me the igniter tip that was showing signs of age and told me that it would last another year and we should plan on changing it out next year. He also showed the motor starter which was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. When he explained to us the benefits of the maintenance plan at $11.99 a month we took it. Now well have assurances that our furnace, A/C and plumbing issues will be taken care of under the warranty plan. Thanks to you, Robert! Were ALL IN!!

I requested an estimate on a remodel project for both plumbing and HVAC. They sent out two different reps and I was told it would take a few days to get the estimates together. After two weeks and 5 calls on my part, they left me a voice message that they are not able to do the job. No details just they cant do the job. It would have been nice if they would have indicated their inability to do the work at the start or during my calls as to the status. Instead I got excuses and false promise dates that just wasted everyones time. Save yourself the bother and stay away from this company.

I had a rodding out service 3 weeks ago because my kitchen sink "gurgled" every time my washing machine emptied. We had Sean Risinger. He was such a very nice and polite man.. Explained everything. Then the other day the gurgling came back. Sean re rodded and apologized for my inconvenience. That was totally unnecessary. He again was so polite and personable. A lot of service people you feel like you are talking to a Used Car Salesman! Not with Sean. He was so professional and personable. I will recommend Summers and Sean for anyone who needs plumbing, heating or cooling needs!

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is an amazing company! I would not use anyone else. When our air conditioning went out we called a different company and they were going to take several days to come and replace our unit. When I called Summers, I spoke to Cassandra Dunn and she was so helpful and was happy to help us get someone out immediately. We had a new unit the same day. They were kind and curteous and explained everything completely. There maintenance plan is like none other and they are always there on time and show respect for you and your home.

The folks at Summers did a great job installing and explaining about our new furnace and air conditioner. They actually installed the equipment they just replaced about 17 years ago. We have been using them for service work since day one and they and their people have always been helpful and their work excellent. I dont know if they are the cheapest, but I worked as a contractor for 53 years before I retired and I was never the cheapest, but I was still the preferred vendor. So Joe, Joe, and Tiffany thanks for being there when we needed you!
