Septic replacement-- they explained every step of the process....soil testing, govt regulations, field installation, inspections, everything. Guys were very friendly and professional. Not always the easiest guys to get a hold of but I chalk that up to them being busy/in demand, anytime I sent Brian an email I got a reply by the next morning. Going to try and get an estimate from them to do my kitchen next.

We were renovating a hotel and had another plumber handling the majority of the work and they became very unreliable and Trapmasters jumped on to knock out some critical work on a short time frame and even had to deal with work hours issues that popped up last minute by the hotel. Prompt and courteous. Ease of scheduling, next day repair at the best prices Ive found. Had part on the truck and didnt charge extra. I have called them over the years for routine mainline clogs and extensive septic system repairs. Other companies tried to sell us a whole new system. Ive recommend them to everyone. Great value!

I had sewer problems for a year. It was backing up in my house. I cried every night. I was ready to move. I called everyone, everyone came out no one could fix my problem. A guy from trapmaster came out and fixed my problem. My sewer hasnt backed up in my house for 5 months. Thank you guys.
