No no no!!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this guy! He was so rude to us! Every time my husband had any communication with him, he was a complete jerk! Im not even sure how he has any clients! Aside from his attitude, he halfway did a job, then blamed our contractor for everything that went wrong including leaking a gallon of water into our newly renovated bathroom. He ripped off the bead board and left it in pieces (all could have been avoided if he just did what he was supposed to do in the first place) and now we have to pay for materials and labor to replace it. He also had the nerve to tell my husband we needed to lend him our SUV so he could go "run errands" for an afternoon when he broke his key to his truck in our driveway. (Didnt even ask us, not that we would have lent it to him anyway) On top of that, he left his truck here for days until the new key came. WHO DOES THAT?!? He showed up on the days he said he would, but he was at least 45 minutes late both times. Worst of all, my husband told him we really need him to fix this issue because were having a party this weekend and our guests will need to use this new bathroom. This party was pretty much the whole reason we are having the bathroom built. He tells us that he doesnt know if hell have time to fix everything (ALL HIS FAULT BTW) because HIS WIFE is also having a party this weekend. So his personal life comes before his business and his clients. And it doesnt matter to him that were left SOL. My husband and I own a business and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Again, I dont know how he gets ANY repeat clients. On his website, he states that his company treats "your home as their own". I would hate to see their home then. Im beyond devastated at the situation he has left us in. Please dont waste your money or time with this guy. He does not know his craft/industry as well as he says he does.

Shiver plumbing was prompt to respond to my email and answered any questions I had. My quote for the tankless water heater was very reasonable. They were prompt on coming out to do the job. Overall, I had no issues or complaints with the job. Great communication throughout the process.
