These Yankees are scammers all the way. Google Drain Go Plumbing they claim to be all around Alabama. Montgomery, Birmingham, Huntsville etc and you will see I am not the only one they tried to scam. Lies right to your face thinking you will not investigate the problem after they want you to pay outrageous prices because you have no water for a day. Plus when I opened the door i was real dirty from working on a car all day in 90 degree weather with no water except for the few cases I bought in the morning. Google DrainGo and you will see I am not the only one they tried to scam after a home warranty company refused to pay because of their ignorance, lack of brains and lying right to the warranty company. saying it was physically CUT to get more money out of the customers pocket. The funny part is before they went under the house to look at it , they already said that Someone claiming "I" twisted the outdoor spigot and broke the pipe and the insurance is not going to cover it. They diagnosed that just by hearing water flowing. They could not see anything nor did they even touch the spigot at this time. Id love the ability to see through brick walls too. Then after they did do down there they said the pipe was PHYSICALLY CUT (Their story before was it was twisted at the spigot). Right then and there I knew they were scammers as I never went down there nor has that spigot been used in the 2 years being at this house. I only use the back yard spigot and one of the other end of the house but the driveway. They tried to show me a useless photo on their tablet though saying see it was cut not that it broke from being brittle. They showed a part that was straight cut looking from the photo. I stood my ground and said it cant be physically cut because I did not go down there and do it I dont have kids, wife etc and I doubt someone came by and wanted to crawl through my filthy crawl space to the other end of the house and physically cut a plastic pipe at 7 AM in the morning as the water was working at 6ish am! During this back and fourth all I heard was Well I cant tell you who did it but it is PHYSICALLY CUT and the insurance will not cover it. i heard THIS about 50 times during their 30 minutes here. They accused me of cutting a 1/2" Plastic water line under the house WTF. During the latter part of this conversation I was then talking to the warranty company too. But they have to go by the professionals findings. Wait one minute. did I have a professional? They dont understand that a plastic water pipe does not break exactly the same way every time. They need to learn how to use Google and search for broken water pipe pictures and see all the different ways they break. They dont understand that plastic get brittle after many years. This house is 50 years old or so but at some point plastic pipes were put in. They wanted to get more money than the Home warranty company was willing to pay them for their visit for a simple job and wanted to get it out of the customer. After they lied to the insurance company to get their scam going and the insurance company refused to pay they wanted to charge me APX $150.00 to cap it off so the spigot will not work anymore (but the rest of the house will) or charge me roughly $350.00 to fix it the correct way.my cost (service charge) going through the warranty company would of been $75.00 Now if they would of said we can fix it (the correct way) for $150.00 I would of did that in a heartbeat to get it over with as I have a lot of other stuff going on that I needed to get fixed and dont really like being in the crawl space either. After they left as I was not going to be scammed by them I went under there and looked at it. The pipe was broke, it has jagged edges. It broke from being brittle not by some physical cutting tool. I went to Lowes and picked up a 1/2 COUPLER, 1/2" pipe, and one 1/2 male to female adapter. I already had the cement and primer. It cost me $3.xx for those items.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was sent out by my home warranty company to replace my sump pump under my house. They installed a pump that the plumber said he had in his truck for the last 6 months. Needless to say the pump was not the correct pump for my set up and I called them to come back the next day because the pump would not shut off. I was told that the pump they installed was not correct for my set up but I could buy one that would work for 225.00 but I would still be stuck paying for the pump that did not work. My home warranty and myself had already paid them so my hands were tied. In my opinion this company committed fraud with the home warranty company and myself. When I called to speak to the manager I was told nothing could be done to help me. I am not done with this and am filling a report with the BBB and plan to spread the word so nobody else has to deal with this. These people are never allowed back on my property!!!

I was most pleased with service rendered by DrainGo! They were most responsive and attentive to hot water tank and sump-pump problems. Jeff & Jacob kept customer in the loop from start to finish. They had a plan & provided customer with up-to-date information, came, fixed both issues, and cleaned work area. My major disappointment has been with corporate AHS. service Placed on hold twice for more than 30 minutes each; workmen arrived and had one hour and half wait time before talking/AHS. I spent half morning search for internet contact forAHS service. Several days later, AHS called re in lieu of work (check offer). Luckily DrainGO was on the ball and had completed job. .

Drain go plumbing came out to my house to fix a leaking tub. They called to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they were professional and very personable. They fixed the leak in a timely manner and advised me my water was too hot which caused the problem in the first place. They looked at my gas hot water heater and turned it down to the appropriate range. They also advised me if I had any more problems to just give them a call as he handed me a business card. I would definitely use this company again.

These guys were sent by my home warranty company to fix a blockage in my main sewer line. They got here and acted like they had no idea what they were doing. Then they claimed something was crushed at the street so they couldnt fix the problem. They charged 225 to not fix it and left. They tracked mud all in my house got mud all over my shower curtain. After they left we called our own plumbers who had the problem fixed in 20 minutes and onlyou half the price.

Draingo did a great job. They finished the job in 30 minutes. They were nice respectable men that came to my home. They introduced them selves and began the job they came to do. It was fast and they didnt have to go get parts or come back the next day. Wonderful, when they said they were done, I had to ask, do you mean finished as in you dont have to come back! All I can say is great job. If I have any more plumbing issues I know who to call DRAINGO!
