I will never call another plumber, or furnace guy ever again! These people are curries, kind, helpful, on time, and will rock your house. I called the furnace guy from Summers last year when I got an advertisement in the mail. I had not gotten my Furnace checked out in 2 years and I figured, "Hey, why not." He came out, found out our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide, explaining my headaches and nashua for the last month. He then finished the rest of his appointments that day and came back to fix the problem because he was very concerned and didnt want to put it off if it was ok with me. It was more than fine with me The Plumber who came out is a sweet heart and let my Barn cat turned house cat harass him the whole time he was giving me the estaminet and installed my water softener. Any time they walked in my house they wore plastic over their boots, and they are extremely knowledgeable. He found out why I was unable to find a matching cabinet to the one that is in my bathroom now because it was a kitchen cabinet. He then help me figure out what measurements I needed or could get away with if I bought a 2 sink unit at an action. Very sweet and friendly and mindful of my obsessive cat who likes his metering tap and my barking dog who fallowed him around the house and basement.

Chris is getting a ton of positive reviews because hes a great plumber! He provided us with great customer service and answered all of our questions with clear and understandable responses. He was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and displayed a sense of "honor" rarely seen in our world today. Good job, Chris! Weve also had the Summers Plumbing & Cooling "team" working with us over the past few ! Weve had the AC & Water systems thoroughly inspected and every time weve called Summers, we have gotten just absolutely the best service and advice. This includes a call regarding our septic system, which we thought was a clog. After careful questioning, the on-call plumber suggested we have our septic tank pumped, which was exactly what was needed. Folks, if you are looking for an honest company that wont focus solely on making a dollar regardless of what your true needs are, then Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is the company for you. We switched to Summers after a simple repair from another company advised us to replace our entire heating and AC system due to some minor rust... Summers has continued to provide us with honest advice.

Chris came out to do our annual A/C inspection and tune up. He was extremely professional and thoroughly explained everything throughout the process. He readily was able to explain and provide the purpose behind what he was doing. He genuinely cares about helping others. This was our second time having someone come out to our house. The first time we had Mac come out to install a new toilet and he was also phenomenal. Chris and Mac both went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of. We will continue to use Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs!

During a routine check, I happened to mention something that we considered a potential problem. With absolutely NO pressure, Alan and I talked about the "problem" and just as a trusted neighbor would do, he offered some suggestions on how his company could fix my issues. We talked some more and I decided to implement his suggestions. Im SO happy that I did! Our home smells great. No more lingering cooking odors!!! Nothing but fresh air! We had to call on a Sunday...had Marvin "Mack" come out to the house. He was very professional and explained every detail. He was very upfront with pricing, repairs, maintenance, etc. Came back Monday during a snow storm and did an excellent job repairing our furnace and getting us up and running. Called Summers PHC (technician Marvin McAninch) and they came at 8:00 p.m. to assist us with a possible furnace issue in our community gym called the Beehive. He was very honest and helpful. We had a new furnace installed within two days and did not have to cancel our upcoming rentals for the gym. We loved that Summers cared about our small little town and preserving one of our oldest buildings in town.

Excellent Service Richard was an outstanding representative of the company! He installed a new tankless water heater and new gas lines. It took him nearly all day, but the job was professional and he did exactly what we wanted. He was friendly and upbeat all day. Middle of the night sump pump went bad ,called 24 hour # and they sent Richard over to replace pump during heavy rain storm. He finished installing new and higher quality pump with in 1 hour . Richard has performed other work for me with the same great work ethic. This tech is top of the line. Keep him forever and I will use Summers forever!

My furnace was blowing cold air on the coldest day of the year the other night and Josh came out after midnight. He diagnosed it to be the Nest thermostat, replaced it with my old thermostat, and got my heat up in no time. Glad I got the annual service plan on this one. Thanks for all your help, Josh!
