Would rate zero if possible, terrible company, do not use. I had to call them because they are the only Lennox dealer in town, such a regretful decision . I had some trouble with my flame sensor, the furnace wouldnt stay on (happened twice in the past 3 years). Called them and had the technician coming in. At the time the technician came in, the furnace was working fine. The technician spent about 10 minutes flipping switches and so on, then told me something was wrong with the board where the flame sensor was connected to. To fix that, I would have to pay about 500 dollars to get a new board. I told him I would think about it and decide later. After the technician left, we turned the furnace on again, now the ignition would not work. This had never happened before. How convenient for my ignition to break down as soon as the tech advised me to spend 500 to replace my board. Give the company a call, was told they had nothing to do with it. The manager lady said she didnt have time to argue with me. End of the conversation. Even if you have Lennox, try not to use this company, definitely a better idea to have some other companies to take a look and then order the parts online than to use All Seasons.

All Seasons installed our Lennox furnace over a decade ago. Until today, everything was fine, but the control board finally bit the dust--on one of the coldest days of the year! I called All Seasons shortly before they opened this morning and left a message. My call was returned promptly, and the company dispatched a service person shortly after lunch time, their earliest availability. In my experience, thats extremely quick, especially at a time of year when HVAC companies are inundated with service calls. The service person had the situation remedied before 2 p.m. Although the board was expensive (a fact of life with high-tech HVAC equipment), the labor charge was minimal, and the service was outstanding.

When our air conditioner went out, they had a technician over in under two hours. He was very courteous and thorough and had everything working very quickly. I recommend them highly.
