I have just bought a house. Several days, and lots of money later, my plumbing issues started. I called the first number I came too on the internet. A Plumber, I am very glad I did. They promptly came the 1st time, and did a great job. A few days later I had to have them back for the same issue, another water leak. I was told there would be an extra charge, I wasnt a happy camper. I felt like it should of been taken care of the first time. However, when the guy showed up this morning, he was very professional, and very good at his job. I was impressed. As he was leaving he told me "the boss" told him not to charge me again!! I am very thankful to them, not only for solving my problems, but not charging me. I definitely recommend this company, and will use only them in the future. TH

My parents called this company for a simple fix on a leaking bath tub fixture. My father had already taken all the parts off and explained to the plumber that he just need him to fix the leak part. He takes a picture of missing screws and leaves. Came back hour plus later with wrong parts and claims at 3:15 it is to late in the day to finish. Waits till Monday of the following week and fixes issue in 30 minutes with the right parts. Charges 350.00 for 15 dollars worth of fixtures and basically half hour of work that he should have completed the previous trip! My parents are 93 and 88 and do not need to be taken advantage of that way. Beware of this plumbing outfit!

We have called A Plumber, Inc. several times over the years and have had very good service. The staff are friendly and professional. They have worked with our schedule for appointment times and have always been on time. Even waiting for me this past time. We appreciate the simple solutions suggested in the beginning and if that doesnt work we can call and explore the problem further. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I had a lot. Would recommend them to others.

We called for just a quote to replace our water heater. He scheduled us the next morning at 8:00 a.m. to give us a quote. He had the heater replaced the same day by 1 p.m. He was professional, clean cut, and very reasonable priced. If anyone has ever been without a functioning water heater (especially in January), you know how great it is to have a new one the same day!
