We HIGHLY recommend Summers PHC to you! We moved into a new home recently that needed several items done (leaky sink fixed, shut-off valve moved from crawl space to more accessible area, re-plumb a washer/dryer/sink for laundry room renovation, sump pump replacement, water softener replacement, A/C tune up, etc.). In short, weve used Summer PHC A LOT! We have certainly paid our fair share, but Summers pricing is reasonable, especially if youre doing a lot of work and you sign-up for their annual plan which gets you significant savings! Nick has been the one primarily working on our plumbing needs and hes EXCELLENT - highly recommend requesting Nick - professional, knowledgeable, cleanly, organized and friendly! Jarret and Cameron have also both been really great to work with on the A/C and shut-off valve with Nick. These three guys set a high quality standard of workmanship and customer service.

We cannot recommend Summers enough! They have pulled through for us in our greatest time of heating and cooling needs this year. Our AC went out during Memorial Day weekend and Josh came over on his day off to get us financed and scheduled for a new unit. This morning, we woke up to no heat... and sure enough, the furnace finally gave out. Josh answered my call a little after 7A and got us squeezed in for a same day install. With tough financial times, rising medical expenses, student loans, and child care expenses... its been a long road even with a great income to prepare for all emergencies. Summers has made that process so much easier and less stressful for us. Thank you!

I have lived in the Brownsburg area for three years and have been looking for a firm I feel I can trust. Josh did my annual service on the AC and explained fully the condition of my AC and explained my options. Upon the recommendation of another firm I had a humidifier installed on my furnace, the furnace is located in the attic. This has been a constant concern of mine especially during sub zero temperatures. He explained his firm never recommends or installs humidifiers on attic furnaces. As a non-HVAC item. he also pointed out that my ladder was not securely hung on my garage wall. I am a widow and appreciate honesty.

I am very pleased with the full furnace and A/C installation that I had completed on my home today by Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling out of Brownsburg. The ancient furnace, which came with the home my wife I just purchased, was putting out anemic heat and eventually had a seizing blower motor. Summers quickly responded by sending out an install crew first thing the next morning. Jaritt, Mike, and Jonathan were very courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Thank you Summers for all of your help! It is great to finally have good heat in the house.

we had an issue with our sump pump in the basement. I called 8 am to describe the problem and within 1 hour, the technicians arrived. They properly introduced themselves and then went to work troubleshooting the problem. By 2 pm, i had my problem resolved by installing a new sump pump and backup system. The team (Nick and Jordan) explained what the issues were and offered several options to resolve. In addition, they spotted a potential problem with my hotwater heater that they took care of also. They cleaned up well after the job and reviewed their work. Great company with capable staff

Wow, the service was super quick. They came out even faster than what they originally stated. Josh was on top of the issue that was causing my A/C unit not to work very quickly, and he explained clearly the best course of action. As hot as it has been this summer and today, is was important to my family of 4, including 2 young kids, to stay cool. He made the repair quickly, and the system was back up and cooling down my increasingly hot home. He was easy to work with and was very trustworthy. We will continue to use Summers for all our heating, cooling, and plumbing issues.

Very disappointed. Please understand, this isnt addressing heating and cooling. (For all I know, those services may be excellent.) Just paid a bill for $153.00 USC for unstopping a trash disposal. The tech also wanted to rerout our plumbing because the washer is backing up. The estimate on that was over $400. Turns out, the washer is backing up, not due to a plumbing issue, but a faulty sensor. The dude also pressured us to display a sign in our yard for a month. Sorry, underwhelmed.

Mike Shane arrived on time for our appointment. After introducing himself, he donned shoe covers and immediately began to flush our hot water heater that was also installed by Summers PHC last year. I sort of followed him to learn something about the flushing. Shane explained the procedure as well as allow me to watch. After completion, he also tested out water in the house to determine if our softener was working properly which it was. I highly reccommed Shane and Summers PHC.

The overflow was broken on my bathtub. This required inside and under the house work. A month or so later my shutoff valve needed replaced. Jordan is the one who has been here the most for estimates and repairs. He is very professional, explains the work and does a great job, as well as the others who have helped. Summers has cleaned my furnace and will be doing duct work to repair a hole for me next week. Thank you for being a reliable company I can count on.

Johnathon B is great - he came to the house Sunday afternoon in response to a broken water heater. When he realized it was still under warranty with another provider is was kind, honest and patient explaining what we should do - he came back the next day and replaced a kitchen faucet. Appointment was same day with a narrow window of time, not a 4-hr. window like some companies give. Josh called on his way, arrived on time, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me back up and running very quickly. Affordable and reliable; will recommend to others.
