Today Ricky Bibb from Hiller Heating and Cooling in Goodlettsville, Tn. came to service the AC units. He is always kind, polite and very professional. He always explains what he is going to do and then he does it. He is a valuable employee for you to have. I recommend him highly !!! Thanks Ricky Bibb ! Ok, I tried to write a separate review for the Plumber. It would not let me... So, I will add it to this one ! Josh Neal, from Hiller Plumbing there in Goodlettsville came out today to service my plumbing needs. He was very kind ,and polite, and very professional. He explained what he was going to do. Then he did it. He is a very valuable employee for you to have. I recommend him highly ! Thank You, Josh Neal !!!! I would call on both of them again ,should I need service from Hiller ! Thank You !!!

Had to call an electrician because a tree decided to split itself in half and rip the utility lines off the house. I called around 7:30 that morning, Troy S showed up around 5pm, got the parts, and stayed until after 9pm until the electricity was back on. I was honestly not expecting to have it fixed until the next day, so that was a pleasant surprise. He even sealed up where the roof was damaged. My only complaint was the phone time - I had to call numerous times in the next few days to sort out the permits, and the hold time was anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes before I could speak with anyone each time.

We called them to remove a clog and they came out within 24 hours, they were busy from the holiday, so that was fine. The reason why I rate it 2 stars is it cost us $300 to have someone here 15 minutes. Thats absurd. I can see a trip charge and a removal fee, I understand people need to be paid for their work. But $300 is just crazy. The plumber was literally here 15 minutes total. I expected $150ish maybe, especially since we were not an emergency call. Next time Ill wait an extra day or two and use a small business that wont bend me over when I need service. Very disappointed.

Top notch service. Plumbing technician Jeff went out of his way to make sure, that although he could not fix my septic tank issue, I would be able to use some water over the weekend. When he was leaving, he accidentally hit my mailbox, but stayed late attempting to fix it. Although he couldnt fix it himself, with the help of Vanessa, Brian and Kevin, my mailbox is repaired, reset and looks amazing! Thanks to all involved for the special attention and courtesy. I will definitely contact Hiller again for any future needs and recommend to my family and friends.

Our heat pump went out and we called Hiller because we didnt know who else to call. They came out the next day (this was not an emergency) and found the pump to be on its last legs. They showed us all the problems it had and fixed it so we had a/c. However, looking at our options, we decided to get a new pump. The installers came out the next day, in the middle of the remnants of hurricane Harvey and installed it. While no one likes to have someone blow taps over the most expensive part of a house, we were glad we could get everything done so quickly.

First, the lady on the phone was very happy and friendly :) Second, Duane who came to our house on Sat was wearing shoes cover that is very nice since we dont wear shoes at home. Also gave me the receipt with explanation after taking care of my AC unit. He was happy to work and had positive attitude. I had a different AC repair guy recently and they left no receipt, came in with shoes and didnt seem to be happy (not willing to repair). I am happy with Hillers service. And I love the logo :)

Our service tech Anthony was finally able to determine why our system has been leaking and losing refrigerant over the past two years on a unit that was only three years old. He contacted his general manager and was able to significantly reduce the cost to fix the problem since we already spent several hundred dollars on the unit. We appreciate him showing us exactly what was wrong, gave us our options, and kept our system working until parts could be installed today. Job well done.

This is the first time calling Hiller. My initial contact to schedule was easy and the dispatcher was super nice. I was a work-in because my schedule was limited, and the guys even got here early. Very pleasant. They immediately discovered that my sink leak was just a loose connection in the spray hose. I felt silly for not knowing that...we all had a good laugh. Then they checked everything under the sink just to be sure. I will definitely be calling Hiller again!

To be clear... the review from Leslie Garrett-Stephens makes no sense. Hiller is one of the largest HVAC dealers in Tennessee with 450 trucks (you read that correctly) servicing from Bowling Green, KY all the way down to Huntsville, AL and from Memphis to Knoxville. They spend huge money on TV and Radio with a slogan of "Happy youll be or the service is free!" All their technicians are certified in HVAC and they even wear shoe covers while in your home!

Shane Vetter with Hiller is awesome!!! I had another company come out and put unit in. It was freezing up all the time nothing but problems called the guy to come out and check the system said he did something tweeking and adjustments should be better NOT. Then I called Hiller and Shane came out within minutes I found out what was wrong and now we have a cool house. THANK YOU SO MUCH SHANE VETTER!!!!! You are AWESOME!!!!!

They have the greatest customer service always friendly and the technicians are knowledgeable about every aspect of your heating and cooling system. They are always on time for scheduled appointments which is a big plus for those of us with busy schedules. Thank you for a job well done.

Louis was great. He was prompt, polite, professional and most importantly to me....honest and personable. Rather than just telling me a list of things that may need to be fixed or addressed, he actually took pictures and showed me specifically what he was talking about. This gave me a great feeling of faith in his own integrity but also a great deal of respect and trust in Hiller as a company.

Dewayne was prompt and actually early to my HVAC appointment (and this was on a Sunday). He was very knowledgeable regarding the signs and symptoms of the HVAC problem and was able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem. He also took steps to ensure that no other problems were looming while also suggesting methods to take to prevent/remedy future problems. Happy customer indeed.

Jim K. from Hiller Plumbing has to be the most patient person I have ever met. My home has a very difficult area for the Gas Water heater, and Jim literally spent a hour going through options with me. I highly recommended Hiller for all plumbing, HVAC, & home services.
