Earlier this year, my heat pump - which had been repaired by a local company - just gave up. Outside temperatures were high and the temps in my house were even higher. I called Mid-State for an estimate on repair or replacement of the unit and was so glad to meet and work with Emily who led me to a unit I could afford and promptly arranged for its installation. There are no words to describe how much I appreciate Emily extending herself to help me. Thank you so much to Mid-State A/C and Heating for your excellent service and dedication to helping others by being caring, reliable and responsible. I now have a heat pump that works dependably and well. After the work was done, my brother in Nashville told me he hadnt realized that the great experience I had had was with Mid-State and that he had used Mid-State in the past and thought they were fantastic, as well!

Its always nerve-wracking to find an honest HVAC company, but they are unbelievably great. They answer the phone asking, "How can I make you smile," and they really do go out of their way to make you ecstatic with your experience. The first time I used them, I encountered an issue that I dont even remember, and they didnt charge me for my service. The next time, when our heating went out at our rental property during one of the coldest days of the year, they booked us within 24 hrs and ended up just tightening some loose fuses and tuning it up because thats all that was needed--and again, didnt charge us (we had a coupon for the diagnostic fee). Cant recommend Mid-State enough!

About 10 years ago, I called Mid-State for a second opinion after I questioned the honesty of a technician from another major company who was giving me a high-pressure pitch for a very expensive repair. Robert, the owner, came out on a Friday evening at no additional charge and found the previous techs claim unfounded, explaining in detail why there was no problem with my system. Over the years, Ive never had a bad experience and on several occasions Mid-States techs repaired equipment rather than default to the overkill and expense of new components. Nice people who are punctual and deal straight with you. Also, thumbs up to Brendan, our most recent tech.

Unlike other companies who had come out to the house before, Mid-State addressed the plumbing issue we called them for and didnt try to take advantage of us by "finding" multiple other pricey repairs that we didnt really need. The technician, Dakota, was very polite and upfront about all the work he was doing and what it would cost. At his suggestion, we joined their service club to save money on the visit and receive future check ups. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing or HVAC issues we have in the future because its hard to find an honest company for home repairs.

I have just moved into a new home, to me, and there are many issues to be addressed. I have been with Mid-State Air and Heat since 1993 and have been very pleased with their work. Naturally, I called them to inspect my plumbing and my heat and air. Both of the representatives were professional and the service was excellent. Mike Rose found multiple problems with the heat and air system and worked diligently for several hours to make things right. He took before and after pictures of his work. Mid-State has helped me tons. This is my first time having to deal with my HVAC unit and Steven made it as simple as possible. He was very polite and understanding. He was also able to answer any questions I had. Both Steven and the company would drop whatever they were doing to assist me in any way possible . They are running a special at the moment for $1,000 off a new unit if youre in the market. I would highly recommend Mid-State, and especially Steven if you can get him!

I purchased a maintenance plan with Mid State last year and also included a annual plumbing service/check. What a great experience today with Bo and Pat!! We had a few issues for them to look at in addition to the service and they were able to resolve everything. I also needed a new hot water heater and they were able to complete the same day. Fantastic company and great customer service!!! Cant say enough good things about Bo and Pat....highly recommend them!
