Terrible experience with this company. Very sketchy people. Called them to fix a toilet in my business that would not stop flushing. Instead of fixing the problem, the plumber worsened the situation by forcing the flushing mechanism off the toilet with a wrench thus damaging it and causing the toilet to leak all over the restroom floor. He did not even manage to turn off the water supply even though he knew that it was going to cause a lot of damage. This caused the toilet to leak, which did not happen before the plumber came. After the plumber left, the toilet continued to leak which flooded the restroom and soaked the carpet outside of the restroom. When I tried to explain the situation to the plumber and the manager of the company, they both became very defensive and completely blamed me for causing the situation. I am suspicious because all of our toilets use the same flush mechanism and they were installed at the same time. The toilet never leaked before the plumber "fixed" the problem. To add insult to injury, instead of offering to fix the problem, they wanted to charge me $300+ to fix a problem that they caused themselves. I own a business and I know the value of good customer service, but unfortunately this business does not understand this concept.

After calling around to several plumbing companies that advertised 24 hours, I finally found a company who stood behind their advertisement. They came out to the house, when they said they would, fixed what they were there to fix, didnt overcharge me, and even managed to get a smile out of my wife after the issue we had. They took a video of my sewer line to make sure that everything was clear and ensured I would have no more issues. They also informed me they do other services than just drain cleaning, which is great as I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom. I have finally found someone who I can trust in a time of need. Do not hesitate to call them in a pinch of whenever you might need them as everyone who I have spoke to has been super nice.

I called their office at 7:30 this morning about a back-up of the plumbing in my home. The young lady I spoke too said someone would be here in the 12-3 slot. The technician showed up at 1045 and called me to come home I did so and he got to work on my house at 11:00am and finished before 12. Sat in his truck writing up my invoice for 10 min. I was charged 1.5 hrs labor for him working for an hour. Called the office to work it out. Owner basically told me I was getting put in the do not service list. I paid for him to sit here early even though my appt was between 12-3 and 10 minutes to write up my invoice. Seriously.

For less than an hour of work and a part valued at less than $100, foolish me, I agreed to their charge of $489. Over charged, what a ripoff. Less than an hour later had to call them about the water heater which was no longer leaking but actually burst and had to be replaced. Their estimate to replace the water heater was outrageous. The first repair, part and labor, shame on them. To hire them to replace the water heater would have a huge mistake, more like shame on me. What a sham! I do not recommend them. Not just Anytime Plumbing" more like Any Price We Can Get Plumbing. Please dont make the same mistake I made!

Horrible service! Charged me $270 to unclog my drain. Washing machine still backs up into kitchen next day! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! In response... you quoted $2500 to repair the plumbing. We got it repaired for $800. You snaked our vent on the roof, but the plumber we had do our repairs said the vert you snaked was not even tied into the plumbing. So basically you snaked the dirt under my house. If you had taken the time to investigate the problem from the beginning I would not be out $270. You half assed the entire process.
