Rafael helped my mom with the buying process and was very informative. It really helped that he spoked Spanish and I didnt have to translate for him. From the start he was very attentive and accommodating to us. He drove us to all the showings and educated us in the neighbourhood. We came across a bump in the road and were very disappointed. My mom didnt qualify for the loan last minute when the mortgage company pull credit. Apparently my mom forgot to pay a bill and it dropped her credit score. We were so sad and believe our dream of owning a home was crushed. But Rafael always kept our spirits up and recommended us to a credit repair company to assist us. Two months down the line my moms credit score went up. So we started the house hunting again. Rafael always follow up with us while my mom was getting her credit repair. At the end we found our beautiful home that we love so much!! I guess things happen for a reason because the house we got was way nicer than the original one that we were buying. We are very grateful of his hard work. This was a rollercoaster of emotions for all of us, but at the end our dream became a reality. We are forever grateful that he never gave up on us and we recommend his services to anyone that is thinking of buying a home!! He honestly cares for his clients and has a great work ethic!!!

Being in the client relationship business youre always doing favors for your clientele. And theyre basing you off your favors. When a close friend of mine was searching for a penthouse down town I needed to find a good real estate agent that I could trust with my own client. Looking for a penthouse is a very in depth task for the fact that youre dealing with way more money so I really had to have faith in who I was sending my friend to. Rafael assured me he would take good care of my friend and that I had nothing to worry about. After a month of searching the person I had forwarded him finally texted me back and said that rafael had found exactly what he was after. A large space unit in the trump with a view. Rafael opened some new doors literally and thought outside of the box. Making me look good and my client/ friend happy. I will definitely consider him again when someone hits me up for a specific properties request.

I really thought that buying a home for the first time would be terrifying, I mean its the largest purchase most people make in their lifetimes. The hard part is finding a place to start...Which is easier said than done when youve never done it before. Working with s seasoned vet like Rafael was not only simple and straightforward, but it was actually a fun and memorable experience. I never felt pressured, and he structured everything we looked at based off of what was important to me. I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind during the whole process, and very rarely write reviews for anybody. Rafael Murillo did a great job helping my friend and I find an awesome apartment. He listened to our many wishes and showed us a variety of apartments while taking the time to let us get a sense of each different neighborhood. Amazingly we did it in one day - which was key, as I was living in the suburbs at the time. Rafael was understanding of my work and travel conflicts that made it impossible for me to come back to Chicago for a follow up appointment with the apartment building manager and he managed to figure out a way to complete all the paperwork without requiring me to come back to the city! Rafael made finding a place fast and easy. We lined up 9 places to look at in 1 day that had things in each that I asked for. After that day we recapped on what was seen, went over likes and dis-likes. We ended up finding a great place and Ive been pretty happy with the outcome so far. My pre- experience when looking a places to live with other brokers had not been so good and it felt good to find someone trust worthy and hard working. Rafael organized all of the details with the building when it was time to get the paper work going. I have since recommended him to a few friends and have gotten some good feedback as well.
