Jaime Kelly was instrumental in helping buy my second home a couple of weeks back. She is highly professional, very talented and organized in showing homes within my schedule. She clearly understands my budget, boundaries, and helped me to find a nice 4 bedroom home in the Gold Coast. Having not lived in the area for almost a decade, I did not know where to start or how to review the offerings, market value, etc. She helped me from the day one of my hunt to the close. She has great negotiation skills, is persistent, and connects well with sellers to carve out additional financial benefits. Very interestingly, she helped me to find the right lender as well who gave me a nice deal. Without any hesitation she showed me many opportunities and answered any questions in great detail. I was in pursuit of finding an old home that I could purchase and then rehab as a modern unit. Jaime Kelly proved to be the perfect person for the job. We looked at many different places in one day shorting the search process. She had great connections to interior designers that would help me map out construction to modernize the interior. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent and agency ever. Do not go through them under any circumstance! The agent we had was ill informed of the apartment that he was showing and at times straight up lied to me and my roommate about costs and repairs done to the apartment. He ended up loosing a check and then screwed up our rent causing us to pay double rent!! When I contacted the broker in charge of the agency he was rude and arrogant. He didnt return my calls until three days later and offered no solution. I will never use them again. Stay away!

Not my best experience with an agent. I worked with our agent and regardless of what I thought I might like, she kept pushing her end goal. I dont doubt she gets sales but if you want to take a little time and get what you want you may want to look elsewhere. Also, i do not get the whole group approach?
