This company manages my investment property. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated since the beginning of 2016. They do not send my rent checks regularly, and they do not return calls or emails unless I threaten them. Currently, I discovered a very large repair bill that I was never informed of and didnt approve and they wont respond to me regarding the details that prompted this repair, the legal issue that arose regarding this rental, and the current state of the home. While they did resolve numerous issues in my favor last year, which I am grateful for, something has drastically changed and they have become totally unresponsive. If they are working on my behalf, I am not aware of it as they dont respond to my questions. If they are working on my behalf, Id like to know. I would not recommend this property mgmt firm to anyone at the moment as I believe something is going on there that is hindering customer service, which is very unfortunate.

This century 21 affiliated property manger and repair workers are unprofessional never on time!!! Please dont work or do any bussiness with this company. The property manger never knows if repair man or wokers are doing right work or even should to my house. Unprofessional please go to a different century 21. I have over 50 problems in my home this company have not took time to give me call and still waiting for repairs.... the biggest headache im my life right now. I really give place 0 stars out of five
