I would not recommend this center to ANY ONE. Im from this community and family who attends this center. Its sad the service that some people are forced to deal with due to finical restrictions or lack of supply. The Director (Ms. Fraiser) is extremely rude. She speaks to parents/adults/customers as though she is speaking to a child. With that being said, I would not feel comfortable with the tone and manner being spoken to my child. The way in which she speaks to adults immediately raised a red flag. How is she speaking to the children when the parents arent around? And the lack of respect has proven it self once again after one of our children left the facility with a black eye. No notice was given prior to arrival that the child had been injured. Of course there was an up roar. A 4 year old child has a black eye. The staff member instead of calmly explaining what happened became very hostile. Hostile to the point where an altercation almost occurred. And whats amazing to me, unfortunately I was not surprised one bit by the incident. "The apple doesnt fall far from the tree". By the mercy of google reviews, I have to at least provide 1 star. If I could, there would be -5. And while I understand that child care is expensive and we have to do what we have to do, please do your research before selecting a day care especially this one. Im sure when they first opened they ok. This place has obviously went down hill.

Dont send your child there. My baby kept complaining about her ear hurting saying Ms Brown hit me. As i was washing her up and washed the back of her ear it was fresh dry blood. My daughter is 2. two years old dont lie. The next day i went up there and talked to the owner to express how piss i was about what happened and nobody called to even say something happened.The first thing the owner said was "I TOLD MS.BROWN ABOUT HITTING THESE KIDS" . I almost went to jail.

This center first caught my eye in 2009. It has new everything. I was very excited to send my child there. The staff are friendly and seems to truly care about the children. I took my son out due to a financial conflict. After almost 3 months, he has been telling me just about daily that he wants to go back to the "other school". I will surely put him back in Roseland Learning Center.

Inquired about day care services administration was RUDE AS HELL and kept hanging up after getting really snappy on the phone. Lack of professionalism WOULDNT LET THEM WATCH MY DOG

I love this daycare. The staff embraced my daughter and she has developed so much there.
