I posted this on YELP but Im cross promoting here. Ive had my son at this school since he was an infant and, when we had a second child a couple months ago, I was more than excited to have her start in the infant program as well. We even had four of the same teachers IN the infant room as my son had four years ago. Thats crazy! Let me assure you - I, personally, could NOT work with infants for four years, let alone the 10+ that some of these ladies have. Theyre saints and we couldnt do our jobs without them. Theyre caring, sweet, and knowledgeable. The older ages are great too - Ive never felt uncomfortable leaving my child here. If something happens, the teachers or management let me know right away and theyre all so helpful. After our daughter was born, my wife went to pick-up our son and the baby was sleeping in the car so, my wife called the front desk and they packed up my son in his snow suit and jacket and BROUGHT HIM OUT TO THE CAR for her. Five Guys wont even do that for me with a cheeseburger and, believe me, Ive asked. Anywho, this place is the best - weve had a lot of friends start here because we wont shut up about how much we love it and they love it too (or, at least, are just happy were not bugging them anymore with our never-ceasing stories of our favorite teachers).

I do not have my kids here, but I come with them to the same park as these ladies bring the kids from daycare. This happens every day. The kids are not taken out from there buggy carts and they sit there whike the caregivers sit on their phone or talk with each other. And these kids can easily walk and enjoy the park. I would not want to see my kid sitting there and doing nothing just because the caregivers are too lazy to take them out and care for them while the kids run around. Other daycares come and let the kids run around and these ladies are still having their kids buckled up in their seats. I have pictures to prove it. Look for their page on Facebook, look for South Loop KinderCare and you can find my review there and in the comments section you can find the pictures.

Horrible horrible conditions for babies! High turnover means staff dont know each baby well, mistakes with serving incorrect bottles to babies. Distort rash due to extended time in soiled or wet diapers. Administration is clueless as to what the staff are doing and the directors have no connection with the families and children.
