Thieves, liars, hacks, criminals. They "fixed" my sons car by NOT replacing the broken part with a new part. They instead sliced the old tube, reattached it, and charged my credit card for parts and labor not delivered. The hose they didnt replace blew the next day. They promised to fix the hose when my son told them what happened, so my son took the car back. After the manager and the mechanic admitted to my son that they used the old part and then fraudulently charged my credit card, they attempted to replace the broken hose with a hose laying around the shop that they "cut to fit", rather than using a new hose made for that model car. My son stopped the mechanic from installing the old shop part, and insisted that they use a new part, as they originally promised, which they finally did, grudgingly. To show remorse for screwing me and my family over, the mechanic loosened the oil cap on the car before returning the car to my son. I suspect that he did this because they found out that I reported them to their home office for committing consumer fraud. The loosened oil cap caused a major oil leak, covering the engine in oil which triggered the Engine Light to go on. When my son saw the loosened oil cap, he called the shop, again. They cleaned the car and replaced the oil, but I cant help but wonder why these jerks are allowed to continue doing this kind of work. The manager and mechanics at this shop are hacks, thieves, liars, and a danger to the automotive community. They committed consumer fraud, violated just about every business law pertaining to auto repair, broke my sons car, and as a result I will have to pay another shop to fix the damage these criminals caused. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

I took my car in to get routine check and my heat fixed....what happened next was literally insane! They returned my car with a $2500 estimate...whats even crazier is that they ruined my brakes and power steering! They almost killed me! Thanks Bob and thank you to your tattooed, dumb, incompetent, uneducated, trashy mechanic!

Took my car in for service to pass emissions. The service writer was your typical mechanic type. You know the kind that assumes youre stupid and tries to sell you overpriced parts and service. I would never take my vehicles there again.
