2 visits to the establishment so far, and both exceeded expectations. Suspension work in both cases, on different vehicles. Here is why I will go back there: 1) Quality work - reported issues fixed, and no "fall-out" after 6+ months after repairs 2 Courtesy and proffessionalism - I felt that everyone I talked to cared 3 Very good communication - I received proactive updates throughout the process, what helped plan my day 4) Less expensive, than competitors in the area (at least my specific repairs) 5) Got a courtesy ride home, since repair was going to take longer than reasonable to be waiting for

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. EVERYONE FROM SERVICE DESK TO MECHANICS TO MANAGERS ARE ALL THE FRIENDLIEST GROUP OF PEOPLE YOU COULD EVER MEET. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND NEVER TRY AND SELL PARTS THAT YOU ARENT NECESSARY. THE SERVICE IS AMAZING AND FAST. I WOULD TRAVEL OUT OF MY WAY JUST TO GO TO THIS PARTICULAR CAR CARE CENTER. TRUST ME, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

worst place ever i got a oil change and a car wash right after. I beleave the water presure at the car wash burned out my horn, so i went back there and the little short white guy manger told me its not thier responsable to fix it but if you want we can look at it and fix it for you . I will never ever go there again be carefull people !

Ive brought in my 3 cars for oil changes as well as minor and major repairs. They have been able to repair all the problems my autos have had, and at a reasonable cost. When a loaner car was needed, they accomodated me. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever! The owner will over charge you for repairs and tell you you need more work done than actually need. Hes dishonest, completely disappointed in Fullers and I will never go back! Be careful!!
