Took my car in for a brake job. I dropped off my car at 9:30 a.m and told them I needed my brakes fixed. They said they would call me by noon. By 3 P.M they still had not called my and when I called, I was told my car just got into the shop. About 10 minuets later they call me and said that there was a whole list of things wrong with my car. They try and tell me that I needed new struts, a new rack and pinion, the thing that props the hood open needs to be replaced, that my transmission fluid is low, on top of needing new front brakes. They didnt even tell me the car needed an oil change, which it did. With all these thing "wrong" with my car, they then told me the cost to fix my car would be over $3,000! Luckily we told them "just fix the brakes!". All I asked them to do was fix my brakes!

Brought a 2003 Toyota 4 Runner into shop for an oil change and filter change plus top off all fluids. Not only did I receive timely and thorough service, but the price was very reasonable. Scott Bella performed a very thorough inspection of the vehicle and showed me how the frame of the vehicle had major rusting problems. Scott even contacted Toyota Motor Corporation to learn if there was a recall on the rotten frame. Scott told me that many Toyota 2003-2005 4 Runners, Tundra and Tacoma models had frame rusting through problems. Toyota recalled Tundra and Tacoma vehicles, but they are dodging addressing the 4 Runner frame rusting problem. Exceptional service by Scott Bella of Midas Auto Service Experts.

I would rate 0 stars if it allowed so. I call for an exhaust system and they quote me $200 tops. I get there and they tell me $500. I said no thank you. The guy who works there gives me my keys back and says, "oh your driveshaft bolts are loose" I go and feel them and they are so loose I can move them. And equally loose. They didn't even offer to tighten them. Most likey because they were the ones to loosen them. The next day I was driving and my radiator hose came off. I look and the clamp is all the way down the hose. Coincidence? I think not. They are a bunch of crooks. Especially Chris and Tim

I went here when my car kept cutting off. They told me it would cost almost $600 for an alternator, a new belt and a new battery. Well 1st off my car started up which let me know its not the battery and the belt was brand new. Needless to say I didnt go with them. I had just the alternator replaced for $200 including labor and the car runs like new. Dont trust their quotes, they are just out for your money

There must be new management since the bad reviews. Made an appointment for an alignment after purchasing new tires elsewhere and I wish I wouldve just done it all here. Prompt, courteous service. Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will come here for any future work, even though its a bit further from home. Worth the drive compared to the shops near my house.
