First of all, I cannot express what Nick and the staffing agency over at Aerotek in Crystal Lake have done for me. Not only did they find a job for me, they created a chance to provide for my family and build a future. Granted they are a staffing agency, but now a days a job is a job. I have been with other staffing agencies in the past, but none have been as professional and successful as Aerotek. If you are unemployed and are seeking employment, I wouldnt recommend any other staffing agency besides Aerotek. Not only are they professionals, but they connect with their contract workers on a personal level as well. Theyre motto is, "We dont get paid if you dont get paid!" And who doesnt like money?!? In closing, I would like to thank Nick and the whole staffing agency over at Aerotek again. What you have done for me I will never forget. It is people like you guys that make the world a better place...Thomas

I have dealt with a few staffing agency in my time, but nothing like the aerotek office in crystal lake. when I walk in I was kind of nervous just because I really wanted a good job didnt want to be moved around time after time and with most staffing agency your used until your not needed. Not the case here I met a Great guy name Nick And when I say Great I mean it !! He wanted to know about me and what I wanted to do what I was good at my experience. those types of things. Then he set me up with a career type job that I love and would love to stay at for years to come !! So anyone who is looking for a job and is tired of getting moved around month after month TALK TO NICK !! Hes the men !!! And dont be shock if he calls and checks up on you from time to time !! lol

My name is Alfred and Aerotek and the whole Crystal Lake staff is an outstanding agency. When I came in and met with my recruiter Andrew Hoggatt I felt confident he would find me work right away. I did not have to wait weeks or months he found me exactly what I was looking in a great company. They always work hard to get you working again in the job you want to be at. Aerotek not only had the nicest staff out of any agency that I have been to but they seemed genuinely interested on finding me a position where I would be able to put my customer service experience to use. A lot of other agencies that I have been to just try to get you into a job that you have no skill in. Aerotek didnt just find me a job- they helped find me a position that turned into a long-term career and I am grateful for not only their recruiters but their customer support team that helped me throughout the process! I would recommend this office to anyone thats looking for a long-term position.

nice people took the time to get to know what I wanted but when It came time to start the first position they sent me to was in a industry I had no experience in and was just thrown in without meeting the company for myself first second job after interview I called and said I didnt want the position they called said the company wanted me I said no It wouldnt work called a second time later that day again said no they called a third put a second person on kept pushing till I said yes job lasted a week called me a couple weeks ago about a job I will never work for this office again

Aerotek staffing was definitely the best staffing agency I have ever been through. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. The people at Aerotek didnt waste my time by calling me with every open job they had, instead the waited until the found a job that had the hours, the pay and the location I was looking. I lost my job back in the end of April. I am not one of those people who will just sit on his butt n collect employment. Aerotek was the first agency I called. I was put in touch with Devon. We went over my job history and what I preferred. I went in for an interview and Devon had a few jobs I would be interested in. He set me up with job the job I am currently working at. There are upsides and downsides to it, but I praise Devon for getting me something. Thank you!
