These people are rude communication is horrible worst facility of express i have ever been to . I thought i would leave feedback just to let people know beware these people dont give you a call back as they say they are only when is beneficial to them . I applied for a Mary Kay customer service position which i was told at first it was temp to hire then at the interwiew with the company i found out it was a six month assignment after that i was told the recruiter was gonna give me a call back she never did i had to check multiple times with a lady named Debbie kept giving me the run-around even when the job was taken down the website they said that they didnt know who the company had picked yet that was total crab. Overall very misleading and a total waste of my time . ( DO NOT GO HERE) Go to the express in lombard they really take care of you there

I have tried to become employed thru this agency since before I was laid off in January (actually interviewed and upon returning to work, I was told I was being laid off). I have spoken to several different office personnel in West Dundee, Crystal Lake and McHenry. Each phone call they promise to call back with a response and never have. I called today, took another assessment and was actually given a response via email. I have experience, I have the knowledge, Ive worked with a staffing agency that hired employees for a Fortune 500 company as a recruiter and a supervisor. But there is one woman specifically makes you feel like a complete moron. She makes you feel so small that in the end, Im glad it didnt work out. Ill take my connections, my experience and my skills elsewhere.

I had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly. The receptionist helped me when I had problems with the computers for the testing and was very patient with me. My staffing consultant was Niki. She was very nice and asked a bunch of questions to really understand what I was looking for. I am now on my first assignment with Express and I love it! I would definitely recommend them. They are very professional and really help people to find a good job. Even when they place you, they check in with you to make sure youre still happy with your job and youre doing great. I really feel like they care about their associates and dont just see them as a way to make money.

If you ever cared for another dont rely on agency, because they seem to only have clients interested in recent job history and understand if skills are out of date but what if clients envirement is out of date. Hence the term" temporary staffing" But if you are given a job and it fits your personal interests great. Ask as many questions as you can think of from compensation to fist aid availability and reason for discontinue of position going will give you a better feel for agency. I know they might reply saying my time with them was short and does not reflect recent staff, but does it reflect ones first impresion ?

Almost a month... No calls or emails nothing after two weeks I emailed a rep.. Never replied called her never answered only sent me a msg with the receptionist..... They all seemed nice at first but the communication is terrible and if your looking to find a job quickly this is not the place. I ended up finding my job thanks to an app, worked so much faster and within a week had 4 job interviews. Not impressed with this place at all.

If you want to be jobless this is the right place to be. "All they say is Ill go ahead and put you in the list". They never have jobs. They will just waist your time dont even bother coming here. I was completely wrong about this place they seem nice but there just nice to keep you in the agency. DONT COME HERE!!!

Have lots of experience, but yet they make excuses to not ever give me a job, even if no experience if needed for the job. Im done with them on Dundee. Been trying to get a job with them since May. Thank God for other agencies.
