Great place and very personable. Ive lived in Detroit MI, Elgin IL, Wilberforce OH, Los Angeles CA, Lake in Hills IL, including a few other places and Ive found Mike with the team in Crystal Lake across from Boston Market to be awesome! Had to take time out my day to say so. I love great service. Mike from Indiana even followed with me to check in and address whatever they could have done better. Im more than happy and will keep coming back.

This place is awful. They didnt clean one of my shirts, when I talked to the employee anout it, she didnt care and was useless. I talked to the owner and he was garish and boorish. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
