I dropped off 3 dresses off to be altered (3 inches shorter each), very simple task. The guy taking them typed very slowly on the computer, and I was very clear about what I needed done. 3 days later, when my wife went to pick them up, all they did was clean them, no alterations done. When my wife confronted them, they called me a liar and claimed I never asked for that. NEVER in any of my sentences did I asked them to be cleaned (who takes cotton dresses in to be cleaned?). They simply do not care that they screwed up, would not fix the situation and work on them right now, just "oh well, its your word against ours". DO NOT USE this place for alterations.. clearly I should have come to yelp first to read the other review about screwing up alterations.

Ive been taking my laundry to Pure every week since 2005 and theyve consistenly done a great job from dry cleaning to altering suits to cleaning down blankets to leather jackets. Ive never had anything but great service and never had single complaint. They do the extras most wont, if they see a loose button they fix it, a ripped pocket they sow it, a torn hem they mend it. Theyve never charged us for this although Id have no problem paying. They are always friendly, and even hung our laundry in the back of the car when my wife had all the kids and newborn. Truly fantastic and highly recommended....

Great family owned business! All repairs (i.e. missing buttons, mends, etc...) have been inclusive of their very competive pricing. Aside from price, the warm, friendly owners truly set this establishment apart from the rest of the competition.

This place is run by 2 of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. I have rarely, if ever, felt so welcomed in an establishment where it felt so genuine. They are good at what they do and have a customer for life.
