Though I hate to use a laundromat this one is alright. Staff is very knowledgeable about which machines to use and very nice. I use this service once a week. They also offer fluff and fold. The place is always clean. Addendum - Ive changed my review of this establishment after being told my sister and I were no longer welcome to do our laundry there. My sisters service animal was accused of defecating in the building. This is a service animal so this never happened and they were unable to provide tape proving the same. We had never seen the employee who made the accusation either. If you have a service animal stay away from this place.

Changed from my previous 5 star rating because I loved doing laundry at this place. If been coming here for the last year and a half sense Ive lived here. Im in the military so I have very busy work schedule but I always made it on time to do my laundry. I showed up 4 minutes past there "last wash" time. 4 minutes late and they turned me down and told me to leave. I was The only person there. The pettiness of the staff to not take what may or may not be 4 minutes past close to let one person, who is a regular, do there laundry is ridiculous. Highly not recomended. I will find some other place to do my laundry.

This bad review cost me $3.25. In doing laundry, a sock was stuck in the door, and it didnt close properly. It began to leak some, so they stopped the washer to see what was wrong. Rather than restarting the washer, they demanded that I put in another $3.25 to the washer to restart it. It hadnt even started the cycle, the water began to leak not a even a minute after it began, and they already had my money. Mistakes happen, and this policy of being so stingy has cost them all of my business, and Ive been coming here for months. So disappointed.

Rude rude rude. She kept telling me to put more clothes in when it was full and then told me how much detergent I should use then she took my clothes out bc I walked out to my car. The whole while she had an attitude.angie then got in my face as if she wanted to fight. I am on oxygen and very handicap .all I asked was her name very politely and she blew up and literally got in my face . All I said was thank you. Im not stooping to such a trashy level

I just left this place an when I walked she says do u have any dog items which I didnt I said no then she watches me put all my clothes in an tells me to use a certain washer that was to small but she insisted so I did my clothes stunk didnt wash them goood an she says I smell ur dogs on ur clothes she rlly smelled my laundry never will I go back to that place again

Arrived at 8:25 pm after my washing machine broke and was told I couldnt do my laundry because even though theyre open until 10 PM, they dont allow anyone to begin washing a load after 8:15 PM. I think that is very misleading - had that information been communicated I could arrived 10 minutes earlier!

would rather wash my clothes on the rocks down by the river than this place. A lot of machines are out of order or dont work very well. Clothes came out of the washer smelly, presumably from the water or the old machines. Save yourself time and quarters and try your kitchen sink.

At 8:30 I needed to wash a small blanket (did not need to dry it). Clerk rudely informed me that I was too late even though they dont close till 10. It would have taken me 20 minutes to wash but he would not allow me in. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service!

Unlike the other place in town, all the machines were working. It was a friendly attended there, and they have nice food type tables in which to sit and wait for your loads to be finished. Bonus points, there is a coffee and donut shop next door.

The lady runs a tight ship and I love it. When the rules are posted, they are meant to be followed and she makes sure of that. Shell also tell you the best machines to use and greet you like shes known you for years.
