I hate to write a bad review but I overlooked them shrinking a shirt, shrinking pants I planned on wearing the next day but when I took in a brand new jacket and got it back and the hooks on the front of the jacket were torn off and they said they couldnt find any to match, wouldnt pay for the damage and they had it for almost 3 weeks, I quit going.
