I took my sons brand new dress Polo shirt and new Polo khaki pants here to be "pressed only" for his Spring Formal. They said the clothes would be ready Friday after 5:00 (Spring Formal was Saturday, and his group of friends had activities planned for the entire day). Friday night, as I was getting his clothes together, I took them out of the bag and noticed a large, circle stain on the entire back of his white shirt; it looked like a water or steam stain. Also, 2 buttons were melted and crumbling apart. The pants had a stain on them that looked like someone touched them with dirty fingers. I had no choice but to treat the stains, wash and iron the clothes myself, and replace the buttons. I called Monday to tell them what happened. They basically said it was my word against theirs, and told me Id have to bring the clothes (that Id already rewashed and replaced buttons on myself) back to them "to inspect". I attempted to explain to the girl that my bill was only $6.27, and this was simply about them being professional and customer oriented enough to make this right without further inconveniencing a customer. I told her it would be easier for me just to write a review. She told me that she "didnt have to put up with this", then she hung up on me. From one customer (who will NOT use this cleaners again) to any of you who may be considering using them...this was MY EXPERIENCE.

I have been coming here for four years now. The ladies are always pleasant and I have never had any problems with my clothes. Cleaning orders have never taken longer than two days. I would recommend this dry cleaners to anyone.
