James, the manager was rude and hung up in my face. When I called back, he started acting like there was a bad connection. If it was not such a horrible experience it would have been funny. I was told that my clergy robe was not ready yesterday and would be ready today at 8:30a. When I called at 7:30a James said that it was available but with spots and to remove the spots would take time. I explained as I did the day before that I had to have it for a service and it needed to be clean. He said that it would be this afternoon and hung up the phone. The customer service is the best until you speak to management. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS FOR YOUR PRECIOUS CLOTHS!!!

Over the years of using them I have noticed a severe decline in performance and customer service. They have destroyed clothes in the past , but as a matter of location; we tried one more time....They now DO NOT GIVE CLAIM TICKETS !!!! And claim they havent since 2000! I have old claim tickets in my tax files from doing itimized but it is not worth it. If you are in a hurry, do yourself a favor JUST BUY NEW CLOTHES before trying to even get anything pressed at this failing business. I hope the next words I hear their employees speak are "Would you like fries with that?"

My husband had one of his shirts torn very bad when it arrived back from the cleaners. We had used them in the past & thought it was just a random event. Then we had a very expensive suit cleaned that came back with a tear in the fabric on the sleeve. They offered to repair it but suit is still ruined. Do not use this place, the equipment is obviously tearing clothing. Very disappointed & was cursed out more than 3 times in one sentence by the owner for asking about the tear & how it happen.

Brought my wifes leather purse to be cleaned and knew it was sent out to have done. Their price was cheaper than going directly to leather restorer. Took longer than expected and champion did not even charge for the cleaning!! My wifes $500 purse looks brand new after being attacked by my two year olds wielding lipstick hands...... Way above good customer service.
