I went to pick up my daughters pageant dress and to my horror she pulled it out of a cubby. When I asked her if she could steam the wrinkles out of it she said " no I dont do that for you. I put the dress wherever I want to put the dress. You left the dress here too long." Indeed I was 14 hours late to picking up the dress. I still do not feel that this warrants such horrific treatment of an expensive item

Terrible customer service!!! 0 stars!!! I went in to drop off my dress and the lady tried to snatch the dress from me!! Then tried to rip the hanger strap from my dress. Then told me hemming and taking in the bust " you pay a lot of money"! I took my dress and left the store.

I have called three times to get a price check and to see if they could provide my needs and she hung up on me all three times. the lady has a language barrier with english.
