Took my Queen comforter to get washed and they dry cleaned it. The tag specifically said to wash only. When I brought it home it was shrunk. Wouldnt even fit a twin bed. The owners said they didnt do it but also said the would fix it. If you didnt do it why would you fix it. Better yet how would you fix it. They never even bothered to reimburse me. Bad service.
