I got a wedding dress cleaned and boxed up here - gave it to them in July and finally got it back in December. Everything looks great, their service was fine, and it was definitely the best price around. I took off a star, however, because 1) that seems like a really long time to get the job done & 2) my dress was temporarily "misplaced". They called me in October to come see the dress after cleaning, before boxing it up, then said they would call me in a week or two when it was ready to be picked up. December arrives, so I finally give them a call and apparently it was misplaced and hadnt been boxed at all. They resolved it quickly, however and everythings fine now!

My boyfriend needed his suit to be dry cleaned for a very important work week with a client out in Arizona. Vogue gave his suit back and failed to give back his pants. He was very upset and was left without his suit pants and Vogue didnt even offer to pay for the 9 dollars that it cost when he finally got his pants back. His mom had to pick them up for him because he is gone this week. Since Vogue is not open on Sunday he couldnt get them. So if you go here check they have given you all of your items back and dont expect them to own up to their mistakes.

Dry cleaning isnt exciting so most people are not going to review unless there is something wrong. From my experience, they do a great job. My clothes are done when they say they are to be done and unlike the big chain, they are clean. And after all that is the most important part of a dry cleaner is to clean the clothes. Its nice to be done quickly but I would rather wait an extra day than to get a shirt back that is not cleaned properly that now has the stain dried and pressed into the fabric.
