This one star rating is honestly extremely generous. The only reason they received one star is because thats the only way I was able to leave a review. I strongly suggest that you find another dry cleaner, possibly the one next door in the plaza on Orchard. I dropped my garment off on March 22nd to have a spot cleaning towards the bottom of the dress. I was told to come and pick up the item the following day by 5 PM. When I called at 2 PM to see if the dress was ready, they said no and it would be the following day..I thought, "ok, no big deal, itll be done by the time I need it on Friday night." Nope. I call again Friday. I repeat I CALL and I am told that they just put a spot treatment on the dress and it should be ready by 5 PM but there was a possibility that it would not be back t the Oswego store BC it was sent out to Naperville.... I feel I was extremely patient. Its now been 2 weeks. I dont have my garment, but I do have an email, yes, an email stating there was something that went wrong with the cleaning and that the black, from the top of the dress bleeded into the bottom of the dress. I am unsure of the process of a SPOT cleaning, but this makes no sense to me. Needless to say, I am out of explanations, my dress, my patience and my belief that this company, Tide Cleaners will do what they need to to rectify this situation. Two weeks , two weeks? I have to call on a daily basis for their mistake. They might have decent coupons, but their service is ridiculous, I feel treated like a joke as the gentleman. Gabriel laughed when I said after the first week. Your boss needs to find this dress, pay for it, and send it to my home guft wrapped. Save yourself the aggravation...go somewhere else.

Ive used Tide Dry Cleaners on 3 separate occasions and have had a great experience each time. Their commitment is to have your order ready after 5pm the day after after you drop off. Each time they have delivered on this commitment! You simply pull up to their door and they come out to your car and take your items and you drive away. If you need to pick up after hours when they are closed you can use their automated dispense system. No more rushing to pick up my clothing before they close. At first I was concerned the service would cost significantly more than a traditional dry cleaner, but the incremental cost is not that significant. Plus they frequently provide coupons which take 20% off your next order which has actually made this less expensive for me.
