This business is terrible. I have used michael Todds dry cleaners and laundermat for all my dry cleanning and laundry services for the past 2 years. The customer service has been fine each time , however, each and every time the woman who runs the place has assisted me, she has "talked down to me, insutled me, and been horrible rude to me," giving the distinct impression I was annoying her by asking her assistance. I have tolerated her down talking and insulting me when Ive asked her for change for the washers and dryers, when I couldnt get the changer machine to work for me. she literally walked off, then came back and told me "it works just fine for me, theres nothing wrong with it." and handed my $10.00 bill back to me, refusing to give me change, instead, telling me to go try it again. Today, she actually attacked me when I informed her a dryer wasnt working. I suspect she thought i was going to ask for a refund, and she swore at me, called me names, and told me to leave. i was taking my wet clothes from the dryer, just trying to get out of there, and she was right in my face, yelling , swearing and insulting me. so, i ran out of the laundermat without my clothes for my safety, to get away from her. while i was sitting in my car, a man came out, and asked me if i was coming back inside to get my clothes. I told him no, i was afraid of that woman yelling at me. He told me to come finish my laundry, and promised she wouldnt yell at me anymore. I hurridly took my wet clothes and went to dry them elsewhere. Looking back, trying to figure out why that woman verbally attacked me for telling her about the dryer, I think she was mad thinking I wanted money back. I only lost a quarter, so, i just had put my clothes into another dryer, and i never asked her for my quarter back. I am a senior citizen, maybe she dislikes senior citizens, or else finds them easy targets of her anger management issues. I brought my husbands brand new suit that hed only worn to our wedding in to have cleaned we checked it before we sent it to make sure it didnt have any rips and it was all in great condition. When I went in to pick it up I was in a hurry and had never had clothes done there before so I just ran in and picked up the 3 peice suit that was all wrapped up. I figured my husband wouldnt wear it for a few weeks so I wanted to leave it all in the plastic. We just opened it up and found a large rip in the pants! I called the store and talked to the manager and she said it was my fault I didnt check it over when I picked it up and there was nothing she would do for me! She said it wasnt there fault. Last time I checked suit pants hanging inside a suit and plastic bag in a closet dont rip themselves! Whoever was cleaning it and ripped it obviously didnt want to take responsibility for it. And their customer service is some of the WORST Ive ever worked with. Dont go there for anything! Find a different cleaner!

I use the coin laundry next door. It is minimal assistance there when you need it. The bathroom never has soap to wash your hands , not enough places to sit ect . One night I came in late and was the last people here when the cleaning people came in. They were rude turning off the lights etc . Wish I didnt need a laundry mar

For years now I have been using Michael Todds....specifically the Delavan location, and the attention to detail plus the quality of dry cleaning is always impeccable. French cuff shirts are always pressed perfectly and even bedding is always done great. Amazing turn around time as well!

Friendly and fast service but they promised to look at my garments and pre-treat them for spots. Was disappointed with the number of small spots they missed. Also, you have to specifically ask for the shirt sleeves to be pressed or they wont do it.
