Ive had about 45 experiences at this dry cleaners over the course of nine month and Im at my wits end. I repeatedly asked for heavy starch and each time I go back and point out that the collar was flimsy in that it seemed as if they didnt use starch. On another occasion I paid to have a sleeve sewn only to find out and after trusting that it was done to get open the shirt package to find that they didnt even sew it yet still charge me the $5 fee. On another occasion I asked them to sew a different shirt with a striped inlay pattern and instead of sewing it to hide the tear they cross hatched the sewing with an alternate color to make the tare even more noticeable. The last straw is today where after pointing out that I required heavy starch or I would need to go to the competition 2 miles further away I get my shirt back just now to see that one of the collars are ripped while there is the appropriate amount of heavy starch they didnt tell me it would cost 50 cents more per shirt. When I questioned this the lady calls the owner at home gets the response as to why, but through all this I had never been told that there was going to be any increase in charge. I feel bad having to give this poor a recommendation but clearly Ive given them enough tries, there comes a point when the customer needs to go somewhere else.
