Absolutely horrible. Wrecked a shirt that was brand new out of the package. Looks like bleach stains on sleeve and front and must of ripped off a button because there is a new multicolored orange button where the original was and it has orange string used to sew it on. I took this shirt out of the package and took the pins out and brought it to them to press. This is how I got it back then. My sister has gone here for 15 years so I trusted them multiple times and they have wrecked or messed up my items. I bought a brand new $800 suit and after wearing once I brought jacket in to be pressed and when I got it back one of the buttons was barely holding on. Then an older shirt I got back has what looks like a bleach stain on the back, that time I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it wasnt literally a BRAND NEW shirt. But clearly now I know it was them. They stated to all of these incidents it wasnt there fault... unreal

The woman always remembers who my wife and I are and is very nice. Our clothes are always clean and pressed well. Ive had some suits altered there too and some ripped pants fixed, they look and fit great. Cost for the alterations and repairs were comparable to a tailors shop. My wife has had some dresses fixed there too and those turned out well. We are happy and will continue go there.
