I brought in a suit and when I went to pick it up it took them 20 minutes to find it. Also my wife brought in a wedding dress for alterations and the lady said an outrageous price of $80 so my wife said she would just go somewhere else. Then the lady haggled it down to $60 and said come in on Saturday at 2pm to see how it fits before final touches. My wife went in and the cleaners hadnt done anything to the dress. The idiot lady said that my wife said the next saturday but was obviously wrong. The date marked for pickup on the reciept was the day before that (Friday).

I Went there to have them patch my Fire Department class A uniform and they just butchered it. The patches were all slanted and not put on straight. I had to have them redo it and now it looks horrible. You can see where they had removed the old patch. I could have done it myself better than what they did. Ill probably have to order a new coat now. Never going back there!! Dont take anything there thats valuable!

Horrible service! Charged $16 to clean and pleat a simple dress. When I went to go pick it up the pleats were all wrong. The lady said she would fix it and when I came back to pick it up 5 days later they hadnt done anything to my dress! Dont waste your time, money or energy on these jokers!
