Worst dry cleaners ever! First they have false advertising stating that they pick up and deliver when they dont and the gentleman told me that they dont. This older gentlemen took 10 minutes to find two Tops and charged me $7.50 for a sleeveless shirt claiming it was a blaze!! He kept walking away when I was trying to talk to him, Then he had a bad attitude when HIS CC machine wouldnt accept my card even though I had my account balance in my hand on my phone and refused to believe that it was HIS machine not MY card!! I told him he needs to have a better attitude if he wants to keep his customers he was rude rude rude stay away worst cleaners! Very bad! Better off going to CD 1 PRICE CLEANERS on Prairie street, better prices, quicker and much friendlier!!!

I have used these cleaners for about 10 years and I think they do an outstanding job, whether cleaning or tailoring clothes. Recently, I needed some good pants altered and took them to an Italian tailor in downtown Geneva assuming they would be the best. The tailor charged me handsomely and did a terrible, terrible job. I took the same pants into Brichers to see if there was any way they could repair the damage. They not only repaired the damage, but charged me less than the tailor in Geneva. I learned two things: never assume an "Italian tailor" is automatically going to be good and never doubt that the service you get at Brichers will be anything less than excellent.

I took 3 pairs of identical jeans in to be shortend 2 inches each. I picked them up and later realized that 1 pair of the jeans had been shortend 4 inches instead of 2 inches. I returned the next day to show the mistake to owner/manager. What transpired next left me in disbelief!!! I was met with a man who acted extremely irrational and angry. The man told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE for them to make a mistake. The man would not hear anything I had to say and told me to get out! I am out the cost of the jeans (too short for daughter to wear) and the cost of the alteration. This was by far the worst customer sevice I have ever recieved and I will not be back for more!!!!

Stay away from this cleaners. They damaged a brand new pair of Tommy Bahama shorts (cleaned for this first time) (had receipt to show) and owner became very belligerent and blamed me. Would not stand behind his mistake and starting swearing at me in the store. He told me to get out of his "f_______ store." Owner definitely has anger issues when he cannot stand behind his work and is very rude to customers.

I have used this dry cleaners for fourteen years and I have never had a problem. I have used them for shirts, delicates and many alterations. The work on the alterations has been beautiful!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! If you use them, I suggest finding a different cleaners! If you dont use them stay away! They damaged my blouse and would not reimburse me for the cost of the repair!
